The Paradoxical Phenomenon

So, I recently went to FSY. It was a great experience for the most part. I’ll probably post about this more some other time, but what’s on my mind currently is what I’ll be discussing in this installment of Alpha Thinks He’s Funny, And In This Case He May Actually Be.

 So at the variety show at the youth conference, they had a few kids come up, crack a joke, and announce whose acts are next. One of the people who did this was a guy who got up there, introduced himself, and said he knows magic. He proceeded to tell us that he’d demonstrate a trick for us. He told us to pull out our phones, and text a number. It was, of course, his number, and we all laughed and he was all “that’s why I’m the Rizzly Bear hehehe” even though he said it was a magic trick, and for that reason I think “Rizzard of Oz” would have worked better, but that’s a tangent.

I, of course, texted him. He didn’t respond, but I figured it would still be fun to mess with him a little bit. So today I sat down and texted this out:

So yeah, I’m a comedic genius. I kept using parentheses to be funny, of course. I think it got a little redundant, but that was the joke!
