  1. You should also use Trell for Trell, not Telsin. Due to the fact Trell and Telsin are separate beings, as explicitly stated several times.
  2. Yeah, someone mentioned it in the thread mentioned, it was BAM and I was just being dumb.
  3. Sanderson said to use Atium and Pure Atium until he gives an in-world name in the books.
  4. I somehow forgot about how Shallan was finding out about BAM, that actually explains everything. Thanks.
  5. Just be very active for a long period, yes. But it really isn't as organized with becoming one as it is for Editors. Like, I am an Editor, but despite being very active am not a Keeper (and probably not even close). So, just be active and give it time. Staff would decide to promote you when they feel like it.
  6. So, to get to the point The One who is Three obviously talks about Shallan (due to her Alters), and Mother of Machines is about Navani (due to the Fabrials). But the descriptions seem odd. Given the talk about "the imprisoned spren, so long ago forgotten" which seems to talk about the Sibling. As it obviously wouldn't be Ala, despite being imprisoned, because not only is that a very minor point, but also wouldn't really fit "so long ago forgotten", and finding knowledge seems to refer to Anti-Investiture she was forced to look for. But could also mean the knowledge of Shallan's past. And dancing with liars at a grand ball, and unmasking them. Seem to talk both about Ghostbloods and Shallan's suspicions of the members of the Unseen Court. And the lies obviously refer to Shallan's traumagenic amnesia and self-deception. But could also talk about Navani's lack of self-confidence due to Gavilar's emotional abuse. I also can't see how the Mother of Machines could refer to Shallan, or One who is Three to Navani. Given Navani did seek for the Sibling, and seek knowledge that could be terrible for the people of Roshar, human and singer alike. OWiS could refer to the Sibling, being Honor + Cultivation + Resonance, and talk about the Imprisoned Spren, but it uses the pronouns she/her, when The Sibling is explicitly they/them. Like, the interpretations on the surface seem to be swapped, in my view. Like, sure there are interpretations where it works, but they are a bit vague and a stretch. Does anyone else feel a bit confused by this? Am I missing something, or does it seem like an actual mistake that should be brought up to Brandon and Dragonsteel?
  7. I agree with everyone else, nothing is necessary, from what we have read of it, it is its own story. In terms of what would be helpful, yeah, parts of Words of Radiance and Oathbringer are relevant. Along with TLM. Not completely sure about White Sand, that is moreso for potential connections, than anything we have confirmed.
  8. The Template:Symbol page on Coppermind needs an update to replace Ettmetal with Harmonium, now that that was used a large amount throughout TLM, and in the Ars Archanum. I was working on a God Metal Table on my Draft page, and it requires me to use Ettmetal as the name, when I feel that Harmonium is definitely the more proper term. It is also the naming we are using for pages. I would do it myself, but it is protected due to the potential cascading effects. Which I understand.
  9. When will we be able to get the updated Scadrial map up? We already have The Two Seasons up, and I feel that the expanded map is also very important, to put up on the Scadrial page. Two Seasons isn't on the Brandon Sanderson website yet (which it cites), so if we need official digital versions, where did they find it?
  10. I personally feel that The Sentinel of Truth, while relevant to the story, shouldn't be included in the list of Broadsheets on the table. As I feel that should just be for the Broadsheets we actually have written and illustrated in the books, so I feel it should just be Elendel Daily, House Record, New Ascendancy, and The Two Seasons. I feel that fits more with the pattern that has been used for years, and that it just makes more sense in general.
  11. I am curious about the Aethers. But with what we know about them, all they really do is allow you to expand the Aether from your body. And this seems like it might be the same, given SP1 shows the Verdant Aether being involved with vines, which expand when introduced to water, so it seems to be the same as Roseite, just with a different material. But this does raise confusion on how it would work with substances like "Midnight", which are more abstract notions and less physical. So it does make me curious about how other Aethers work, is there any that do more than just, grow out tendrils of the relevant substance (We know some stayed from Aether of Night)? Also, theory, the Lichen-substance on White Sand is actually Aether. Both require water in order to function properly, and allow the user to control them at the cost of using up the water in their body. Furthermore, our intro to Aethers was in the book that had a lot to do with Autonomy, and Brandon in a WoB indicated that it was important to fit them in there. Which hints at a connection.
  12. Hero of Ages, Mistborn: Secret History, Stormlight Epigraphs, Rhythm of War, Dawnshard, Ars Arcanum Planetary Essays, and The Lost Metal are the ones that give the most on the nature of Shards and Vessels, and upon the Shattering of Adonalsium. If you want to know where to look.
  13. That would make sense, I kinda interpreted it as him dying and the Resealing managing to heal it and reactivate the bodily processes. But without the soul there due to it passing away into the Beyond. But these interpretations would make a lot more sense, and work with what we see.
  14. Sorry for late response, but thanks. And yeah, will be careful with page creation. Only ones I've made so far are ones that I feel wouldn't be debated, like a character who didn't have a page, or the names of the two collections of islands (Southern and Shrouded Isles), revealed in the expanded map.
  15. I read through Emperor's Soul again and found myself confused on exactly how Ashravan's Forgery worked. Given the fact that his Soul should have passed into the Beyond by that 100 day period, even relatively Invested people have been pulled into it long before such a long period, so how exactly was his mind and body still functioning (albeit to a limited degree) and what was there to be able to Forge? Can't exactly change something which is no longer there. We also know Forgery doesn't use much Investiture, so surely it wasn't enough to create sapience à la Nightblood. But from what I understand, maybe it was this, as it mentioned it making a new soul. So did it just draw on far more Dor than a normal Forgery, enough to create a temporary Soul? Was this answered anywhere in WoBs?
  16. Brandon said 50-70 years in multiple WoBs. Doubt that Wax would be alive, he is already 49 by TLM. If he is alive, he would be 100-120.
  17. Is is Duralumin, not Durilium. Also Nicrosil, no Necrosil. Am a bit groggy still so not ready to analyze the theory right now, just correcting your spelling of the metals.
  18. Mine are the 2019 it seems, yeah. Would help if some fans in other countries were to check their newer copies (particularly UK, given that while I can sorta speak Spanish and Japanese, I am only fluent in English) , I wonder if this is just a weird Tor thing.
  19. Why are modern copies of Mistborn Era 1 not using the Steel Alphabet fonts in older printings? My FE, WoA, and HoA all use the same version of the Steel Alphabet, when they should be using different ones. Why exactly is that? Anyone else having the same issue? And what copies (still-on-market) can I find that still do it correctly, if any? It just, really bothers me.
  20. It is technically canon now, as it was shown in TLM. But we can only assume the Avatar for the Rosharan Ghostbloods is a seon at the moment.
  21. When I consider it, the South could be a Subcontinent, and they call it a Continent out of ignorance. That could explain the small size.
  22. I am wondering how I would get access to the Editor role? Have been working a lot on Coppermind lately, and just have various limits on how much I can help due to having no roles. And I am just wondering where I am supposed to request it.
  23. I do wonder how accurate this map is, given Issac does talk about how he sometimes purposely messes with scale to replicate the biases in a lot of old maps. Because I used the scale of the Basin and used it to the continents, and they are way thinner than you would expect, seems a bit too thin. Like, the distance from Elendel to the eastern end of the Southern Crescent is around 1650 Miles (2655.418 Km), around 61% the width of Brazil. The widest part of the Southern continent seems to be around 2200 Miles (3540.557 Km), which is still pretty small for a continent. Leaves me wondering about how trustworthy it in regards to scale.
  24. Ah, that makes sense. I always interpreted them getting moved there as like, the people themselves being picked up and moved to the pole. I was just being dumb and stuck in my assumption. Lol.
