with that out of the way, i just wanna say that sometimes summer days can get long and boring and my heart would literally leap with joy if people read my writing threaddddd i know it’s long and intimidating but you don’t gotta read it all (lol please don’t some of the beginning stuff is…uNpoLisHeD)
but you’d literally be making my day
and, arrogant self-centered teenager that i am, I like to think that it’ll make you happy too

i was ready to kill everyone during my first room today and none of the tech was working quite right
but my second room is this cute family and they’re lowkey so smart and so sweet and they’re so excited about everything and happy to be here
i like doing a job where I can make people happy
as opposed to lifeguarding
where I hate and am hated by the world but get a good tan

I take it all back after the shift I had on deep today. The kids were being idiots on deep 1 (a head guard actually came out and talked with them right before I was about to call one), other kids being different kinds of idiots on deep 2, and more other kids and some of the second group's kids being idiots on deep 4. I want to go kill them

Dolly snickered. “Echo,” she mumbled. “Fine. I’ll play nice, for now.” @RoyalBeeMage

Dolly’s jaw dropped. “That’s…” she cut herself off, refusing to say incredible. “And they really work?”

“Right. Figure something out.” Dolly thought for a moment, then frowned. “I never asked. What experiments did they do to you?”

“I’m not…” Dolly clenched her fists, taking a long breath. “I’m not attacking you. It’s just a stupid situation to be in, and they’re completely unreasonable.”

“Kindly? They kidnapped and imprisoned me, and you want me to say, ‘oh, please let me go?’ No way.”

Dolly grimaced. “They haven’t listened to anything I’ve said before.”

“That’s what they said. But…the clones are people too. They can think, talk, remember…they’re creating whole new people just to kill them.”

Dolly nodded. “Thank you,” she whispered.

“How long? How long will it take for you to talk to them? Can you guarantee they’ll listen? And what about…Sari, and [oh scud why did I name the clones]…they’re not going to just let us go.”

Dolly glanced up, then down at the ground. “Guess it doesn’t matter. I can’t get out.”

“Sometimes?” Dolly shook her head, blinking rapidly. She wasn’t going to cry. “I can’t. I can’t.”
