"Hey," Zanitar said. "Back off. Only I get to give him a hard time. He probably saved your life, as well as that of your companions."

    "OA literally played the past conversation for us. Did you not listen? And yes, there was mention of Plotblades. Apparently there are two more, linked, plotblades that are the most dangerous. I find it hard to believe, but the Brave Adventurer seems confident."

    "I said not to fight," Zanitar continued grumbling near-silently. "But noooooo, we just had to anger the Council. Why listen to me when you can go do your own thing anyway?" Zanitar looked at Qodi, and raised an eyebrow. That rabbit is not exactly great a subtlety (if I'm assuming this correctly). Zanitar walked over, and putting his hand on her shoulder (and an extra hand on Qodi, just in case only the pain transfered and not the actual wound), healed the scratch. Then he walked off, silver blood dripping from his many, many, wounds.

    Zanitar disengaged, thankful for the rabbit's help, but aching and injured. "No, they aren't the bad guys. Right now it seems like the Great Wizard is the bad guy, but I don't trust the Brave Adventurer. The Council seems good though, just misguided." "Ah yes. Engaging the brave adventurers. I told you we couldn't win! But no, we had to fight them, and now we're freezing on a mountain," Zanitar grumbles under his breath. "What a great idea." "No, we can't capture plot holes. They exist all over TLT and are baked into the cake now. And plotblades, which is what I assume you're talking about, would be near impossible to collect. You'd have to take them, probably by force, from some of the strongest characters in all of TLT. Good luck to the fool who tries it."

    I don't think you realize that Zanitar gives 0 craps about what happens to most people. also, what room? Zanitar didn't even see what had happened. He was a little busy fighting seven people at once, while the eighth went to reclaim his weapon.

    Zanitar continued ignoring what was happening behind him. He didn't have the energy to fight all these people and more. He was struggling against just these people! He also didn't know the potential victim, and thus, didn't really care about them. the Once-Author (@Ancient Elantrian's character). I got tired of writing that, so I write OA

    Zanitar ignored it focusing on the fight. Even so, the momentary distraction caused him to nearly get skewered by an adventurer. Curse those people OA and I invited. I should've just done this with OA. We wouldn't even be in this situation.

    "Thank you." Zanitar listened carefully to all the previous conversation. "I hate how everyone uses caves for their bases. So stereotypical," Platypus grumbled to himself. Then he walked into the cave. I feel very forgotten. The squirrel is missing from the chains, having dodged getting wrapped up by running between his would-be-apprehenders' legs. I get involved in far too much of this. Just cause I know TLT lore doesn't mean everyone should try to capture me. Zanitar chuckled inside. He was their leader? Zanitar didn't even know him! Outside, however, his face was grim. Two gleaming white brightwields formed in his hands, then dimmed to match his wing color. Flying down, Zanitar engaged several brave adventurers at once. Though he was stalling them, they were landing blows on him. A scratch on his leg, a poke into his foot. He managed to disarm one at the price of a shallow slash across his chest. Slowly, he was getting pushed back to the ledge where they had been watching.

    Why did I invite them on this quest. These are the brave adventurers, fighting them is a stupid idea. Zanitar dove through the air, wings coming out as he cut the muffins out of the air, stopping all but the one Tull had grabbed. "Are you two idiots?" he hissed at them. "This is the council of the brave adventurers! We can't fight them! We can go save the people getting arrested after they get arrested by infiltrating the dungeons, but there is a 99.9 repeating % chance we lose a head to head fight." Then Zanitar looked to his left as one last muffin flew past him. Oh, scud.

    "So he is. What do you propose we do about it?" "I don't think that's quite what's going on," Zanitar says, not taking his eyes off the meeting. "It seems like they're talking about the Great Wizard! And... accusing him of treason?! What? Something about Plotblades. Platypus is not gonna be happy with that Council if they bother his squirrel. And I don't trust that Brave Adventurer. He's got a shifty vibe to him." Zanitar provides everyone with a play-by-play, forgetting that they can hear it too. "Hey, OA, does your magic let you know what they were talking about before we got here? Or do something to let us hear it? Is that possible?" @Ancient Elantrian "Probably doesn't see us. We are hidden," he says distractedly. "Muffins probably won't do too much against the Council. They have wizards and adventurers. The former Brave Adventurer... I don't recall if he won, but he at least drew Platypus in a duel. Of course, he was a rather famous Narrator, so that had something to do with it. Either way, this Council is no joke."

    ... like, 90% of the people who know me well enough to properly meme me have left the Shard or we don't hang around in the same threads or we just don't interact anymore it's very sad
