  1. On the wall was a sign. It had a very simple message. The forces of the Thread are here.
  2. Haly. you don't know where I live, and I doubt you could reach to break my upper bones
  3. 5'7" isn't very tall, hate to break it to you
  4. The wall didn't like this. It threw a fit, causing a minor earthquake around them, separating them during their hug. A chasm formed in between them. It was a small chasm, as chasms go, but it was still quite a bit larger than either of them.
  5. no, not tall. just not as short as this conversation was making my think you were. that doesn't make you tall. above average is above average, not tall
  6. yeah, but on TLPW I just skip pages that I miss, so I didn't see that. Actually, you're not that short.
  7. Indeed it was. And the Thread was even stranger.
  8. how tall are you then?
  9. The wall, which was rather large, was too big to be stepped around that easily.
  10. sounds like you might be short
  11. Lady Bug was wrong. You could tell from the way even Fannus agreed with Hacob. That wasn't a very common thing. Also from the way that what they had was significantly more than most friends. His Author had plenty of experience with having friends that are girls, and had no kisses with any of them (or any of the friends that were boys, for that matter). -- Having denied the priest's wonderful invitation for marriage, the forces of the Thread would inevitably try to pull Shoe and Beotsa apart. Oh look, there is one now! A rather large wall appeared, forcing Shoe and Beotsa apart, and sitting right in between them.
  12. around these parts we call them hug-sized
  13. Hacob had never dated anyone, but this was TLT. Love at first sight was a thing here. And also, they'd pretty much been dating this entire time.
  14. Hacob subtly pointed at Shoe and Beotsa, mouthing, "It's them (probably)." "I suspect we will have to disagree on that. I do not view the world the same way you do."
  15. "If you had told others, it would have gotten out sooner. There was no good solution for you. And, callous as I may seem when I say this, adventurers die a lot. They die on most adventures they go on, including this one. They would have died, with or without your actions."
  16. "For nothing? How long have you prevented these Plotblades from being noticed? Did you actually seek them for yourself, or was it truly to prevent the Thread from being destroyed? If it was for the good cause, and it has succeeded it was not for nothing!" Platypus started pacing. "Do you want to be convicted? Do you wish you hadn't done what you've done? Do you think yourself a worse person than me, even after seeing my darkness? How can you feel sorry for yourself when the Plotblades are still out there!" He paused. "I am sorry. I let my emotions get the best of me. If you wish it, I will go."
  17. "So... are you ok? Is there something we could do?" then he would probably know where the laughter was coming from
  18. no, Hacob's laughter wasn't there, it was from him where he is. although, depending on how Thread-aware he is, he could have heard it I guess.
  19. no, but he's a Narrator. They do funky stuff. There are people around him though, that just heard him randomly start laughing
  20. Hacob laughed as he heard this. If he recalled correctly, Moniker was there in the days of the Witherlord.
