    Thank you, I didn't know that. It might be on that scale. It's definitely possible if they have help from any of their Shards, and they have three of them. And they don't need trains with Fourth Bridge style things. yes, I know this. I was just giving you an example of fabrial warfare (although it was one that wouldn't be practical). I'm sure there are plenty of other ways to use them. For example, flight fabrials would be useful.

    so, I haven't read the whole conversation yet, but people keep talking about how Scadrial is superior in tech. Of course they are, they were told by a Shard exactly how to do it!!! And what they're forgetting is that SA 4 is 10-20 years before TLM. That give 10-20 years to catch up and get better tech. Plus they'll have fabrials, which people consistently forget about. How are Scadrians going to launch their bombs (assuming they can at that point) if they are in the grips of a pain so intense it incapacitated a Fused? She'd been alive for millennia and had that much time of dying and so she had felt a lot of pain in her life.

    Platypus brings up Vengeance in a parry and engages Subversion while panting to Wizard, "Why'd you snarl at me? Was it agreement?" Then he continues to block swipes, parry thrusts, and rain blows upon Subversion.

    "I see no shadows. They have ceased to support Subversion." Platypus yells, then Connects himself to his Identity, achieving inner knowledge. As you should know, inner knowledge leads to power, so Platypus destroys the illusions with one sweep of Vengeance. Then he falls to his knees. "That was harder than it looked. Cover me so I can take a breather please Everyone. It would be appreciated if you did too, Wizard." @Sequence@Ookla the Myopic

    Vengeance seems to appear, blocking the blade. Subversion is slowly forced back towards Rue who is being watched carefully by Rune.

    Platypus slashes through his bonds with his ankle barbs and frees the others.

    you forgot to capitalize Vengeance The skin around the dagger folds and draws the dagger in. Subversion is forced to let go or be drawn into Platypus. Because Platypus is an immortal being, her being drawn in would disintegrate her. She lets go.

    Platypus dodges to the side and thrusts Vengeance toward her.

    "Oh, Unintelligible won't be dying anytime soon." Everybody hears the voice and no one seems to know who it belongs too. Then a man jumped down from the ceiling of the cave and strolled out. "Rune!!! You came!" Cried Platypus and Rune smiled. "Of course I did Platypus. You should know I always come when summoned. It just took me a little bit to track you down. You guys went through a lot of portals. I assume that you're Rym and you're Everyone," he says, correctly pointing at the two he named. "I'm ready to do my job. I assume you want me to protect Unintelligible." "Yes, if possible." A Blade appeared inside his hands. "I've got this. Don't worry about him, he'll be fine. Unless the poison kills him, I can't do anything about that. Sorry." @Ookla the Myopic@Sequence

    I was at find a safe place to eat it and took the sandwich. Then I gave it back to @Ookla the Untitled because that would be mean if I didn't.

    Phillipe split from Platypus and continued talking as his disembodied form. It was not impossible, Phillipe just didn't tell you how to escape. "No." Phillipe says calmly. "But Platypus and I bribed your other ones. They were way less loyal." The growling receded as the breadmunks left and Unintelligible is able to access his Ookla powers. Then Platypus stood up and summoned a Blade. The invisible attackers fled at the sight of it. Everyone (non-personified) stood up and were able to see Phillipe join with Platypus. Platypus begins to speak. "This is a Blade. It is known as the Harbringer, the Destroyer of Worlds, the Carrier of the End, the Envoy of Ruin (not the Shard) and the Emissary of Death. It is also known as Vengeance. You probably know it as the Sword of Plot. But today it shall gain a new title. It shall be the Killer of Subversion (and also Rue). Prepare to die, fools." Platypus falls into his BattleStance, Blade held cautiously, but confidently.

    This was okay, because they were already planning to kill both her and Subversion. Platypus' cognitive aspect of Phillipe casts a spell that makes it so Rue and Subversion can't leave at all.

    They are busy helping Subversion and can't.

    Suddenly Platypus does something surprising to Subversion. He throws his Blade. As he throws it, it morphs into a javelin meant to be thrown. She brings her own Blade up to block it, then realizes that it wasn't coming toward her. She looks around, confused, and sees my Blade fading, and her cleverly disguised breadmunk army dead. She looks up and Unintelligible and Platypus both have their Blades drawn and ready to attack.

    I say, "Hi" to the shadows and @Ookla the Untitled and then walk off. No one knows if the shadows took the correct sandwich, because @Ookla the Ta'veren claims to have the real one.

    I summon my Narrationblade and it doesn't dissolve. "Don't worry, I'll kill them."

    Unbeknownst to all of you, @Ookla the Ta'veren had guessed my name first so she now has The Sandwich. You all went after the decoy. I disappear and in my base I start rolling on the ground laughing.

    "Subversion! It is time to face your reckoning! You have avoided us for too long, and we will not be dissuaded." Platypus yells at her. Then he whispers to Unintelligible, "Even if Rue doesn't get in the way, like if she tries to defend Subversion, can we kill her?"

    "And now Rue joined her because I killed a Root Dragon, which are notorious for being evil and also my ancient rivals, so... This proves she's not entirely stable."

    Magic returns The Sandwich to me so I can give it to Sequence because he guessed my name. I hand it to him.
