  1. One of my friends tried to convince me to just ignore the things that were going on with the person I'm not friends with any more and then was mad when I ignored him and decided to not be friends with them anyways.

    He said he didn't want to hear anymore of my problems. I said whatever.

    Then this morning he started asking me for advice and help about this girl. And so I gave him advice. 

    I didn't want to though.

    You can't tell someone you don't want to hear their problems and then ask them for help with yours.

    I feel like this should go two ways.

      It's the same as trust, it should be a two way street but good for you for helping him anyways!

      It's mature of you to help him despite that, but remember, you don't have to be everybody's dump. You don't need to solve everyone else's problems, especially when you're figuring out your own.
