  1. Merinn was leaning against the banister looking at the sea, and humming to himself.
  2. "Woah, fancy!" She starts up one of the staircases.
  3. Will had, for plot reasons, seen them leaving. He quickly jumped on his horse and moved to catch up with them. He couldn't believe she had just been there. Wasn't she missing 10 minutes ago? @Canada Lover @Ookla of Ravens you guys coming?
  4. "That door looks fun!" Chiyo walks up to the one in the middle.
  5. "That's great we-" "I guess we'll talk later then." "Yep. Where else do we go for info?" Will stood up. "We should go check on that guy first though, I get the feeling somethings wrong."
  6. "Oh!" Will waved him over. "Your the one who went after the Barkeeper right?"
  7. "Yeah, the problem is, we have no idea where she was taken but . . . Larceny here might know someone with more information." Will sighed, he could feel himself caving but what other choice did he have? The risk might be worth it. @Ookla of Ravens
  8. *coughs quietly* soooooo several people are interested in this, how do we want to kick start things? @ΨιτιsτηεΒέsτ (yeah I don't think it's gonna work but I tried)
  9. "Well we aren't really friends . . . like I said, she might have information that can't get out. I think a few others left to find her yesterday, but they aren't back yet."
  10. This is so cute!
  11. "I've lost someone who has really important information. I'm concerned she'll let it leak, is all. We're considering ways to get her back so I can confirm she has the information, and then convince her to keep quiet," Will said. He glanced at Larceny, "Our options so far aren't the best but . . . I'll admit I'm beginning to consider it for lack of other ideas."
  12. "Oh, I don't need it back . . . say, how does your boss get his information?"
  13. "Mmmh, but I'm not directly involved in any of your crimes yet, am I? In fact," Will reached into his empty pocket. "I believe I might even be a victim." "I already have a strained relationship with the government and the people who lead it. I would rather not give them an excuse to lock me up." That's why I left in the first place. "So, I'm happy to chat but making deals is a whole other realm."
  14. "That sounds interesting . . . but it does seem a bit shifty. No offense."
  15. Will raised his eyebrows. "What do you mean by that?"
  16. "Oh, why would I need to see a crime boss?"
  17. "Who is . . . The Boss?"
  18. "I'm not certain . . . and that's the problem. The barkeeper who was arrested here yesterday may have had some information she can't have. If said information gets out, it would be the end to my plans." Will was certain why he was telling her this, but it felt oddly nice to explain his worries to someone.
  19. "Really? I'm glad." He glanced around the room, still distracted by his worries.
  20. Will slid his cup of something over to her. "You can have this if you want."
  21. "You don't seem well, maid Larceny, are you alright?"
