    Terrance didn't answer. He didn't really have an answer, but mainly he just didn't feel like discussing these things with a stranger.

    He remained still. His mind was still somewhere else, slowly processing several times more pain than it would take to leave any normal person permanently scarred.

    I think that's close, though being in the closet doesn't have to mean you're ashamed. Some people are afraid to come out because they're unsure, because of how people might react, or other environmental factors.

    He became hidden from view.

    He did not appear to be breathing, or if he was it was only barely. The flowers kept growing, nearly engulfing him.

    Near the deathly still Lerac, flowers been growing out of the ground, despite the lack of soil. They seemed to have something of a violent theme, a variety of dark reds and oranges with angular petals, many with thorns.

    Lerac grimaced. Bad timing... He touched her forehead, healing her completely in an instant. Unfortunately, he would now feel her pain many times over. It hit, and he silently collapsed, disappearing into agony.

    Lerac heard, and stopped thinking about Thaidakar for a moment. When he located Pic and Aventine, he immediately strode over. "What's wrong?"
