(To be read with the worst British accent you can imagine) The question is not how sure I am of the bit, but how committed am I to it? For one does not simply pick up a bit and then toss it aside. One carries the bit until it has long past its expiration date, until its corpse becomes not just dead weight, but dust upon your shoulders. How far should a bit go? Until foolish mortals groan in agony at the mere mention of it. Until even friend group B can recognize it from a single syllable. That is how one treats The Bit.
