Guess who's coming back to the shardddddddddddddd

Okay, for those of y'all who were wondering how i hurt my foot, here's the story:

so yesterday, I was helping out with the construction of the set for my school's upcoming musical, and my friend, who was (and still is) helping oversee the whole setup and everything, was holding a 2 by 4 block of wood, and then their little brother (who's a freshman) came running in, and accidentally ran into my friend's arm, causing him to drop the 2 by 4 on my foot. I literally heard my bone crunch, but (for some odd reason) I didn't think anything of it at the time. when I was walking to my 4th period class today, i both heard and felt the bone in my foot crunch again, and trust me- it hurt like heck. so i went to my 4th period class, because we have to fill out these stupid digital passes any time that we want to go somewhere. when i filled out the pass, it said it was full, so i had to wait for 20-ish minutes while my foot was in pain, and then i went to the health office and they gave me ibuprofen and let my ice my foot for a bit.

fun fact:

I just had an anxiety attack in my last class.

and the teacher did nothing

and i can't go to the health office for ibuprofen because it's "full"

so now I have to just sit here

with a possibly-fractured foot (i'll post another SU about it in a bit)

until the health office opens up

it's been full for a while

oh my gosh okay so i have a sub in my American Literature class, class has only been going for like, eight minutes, and i already have all these quotes from her-

"Ohmygosh security!! Security, there's a runner!!"

"Hi, sweetie pie!!"

"you guys, your teacher is so cute"

Her: "I bet if you walk into class tomorrow and tell your teacher that you think he's cute, that you would be his favorite student, if you aren't already there"

Me: "Uhh, he  has a wife..."

Her: "Pfft- *whispers* shh, it's okay, she doesn't have to know"

"sometimes I'll call the other teachers 'sweetie pie' but then I'm like, wait, you're an adult, what am I doing? that's so weird"

"Oh my gosh, you guys!! why is it so hot in here?!? *talking to herself* Ugh, menopause... *normal voice* I['m just kidding, I'm not actually going through menopause, I'm only 37"

so my friend invited me over to their lake house today (even though they already live on a lake- i know, it's confusing), and so they picked me up from Walmart because I was looking at instant cameras with my grandmother when they asked me, and then we drove for like, an hour and a half to get there, and, let me just say, i have.. SO MANY comments...

- the water from the showers and sinks smelled like rotten eggs (which, for some reason, said friend, whom we shall call Nightbird from this point forward, and her sister, along with her sister's friend, didn't seem to mind)

- Nightbird brought her two GINORMOUS puppies, but didn't bring the two older dogs, and one of them, Maggie, hurt her leg because she went in the part of the lake that had pieces of metal (it used to be an old junkyard), even though Nightbird's parents had blocked it off

- i found a new piece of metal in the lake, so now my knee and the bottom of my foot is all scraped up

- me and Nightbird had a mud fight, and then she ended up scrubbing mud into my hair, so that was fun

- Nightbird and I got into a little car thingy called a "side-by-side" that was like an all-terrain golf cart after we had smeared mud all over each other, and she drove the two of us down a really steep hill, and then decides to tell me, after the fact, that that was the first time she had done that

- we also went looking for the dead possum that Nightbird had found yesterday, but we couldn't find it, even though i ended up stepping on the skull later on

- i got a gnarly sunburn on my back because I was wearing a swimsuit the entire day, and most of it was spent outside

- i fell asleep on Nightbird's bed on accident while she was taking a shower, and she's the type of friend that just doesn't care, so she ended up using me as a pillow and fell asleep on top of me

- while we were in the lake, multiple small fish kept trying to go in the top part of me and Nightbird's swimsuits

- we caught 5 (i think) itty bitty froggies, and then Nightbird's two dogs, Hershey and Maggie, kept trying to eat them whenever we released them

- there's a part of the lake that has a bunch of mud at the bottom of it, and my legs kept getting stuck, and the mud would go past my knees on multiple occasions, because it was practically quicksand, and Nightbird is like, 10-15-ish pounds lighter that me (she says she weighs like, 90-ish pounds), so she didn't really sink as much as i did, so she kept having to pull me out

- oh, also, they own the lake :3

so, hypothetically, if i were to buy a series written by Brandon Sanderson, not including Skyward, since I already have it, what series would ya'll say i need to read immediately? (for context, I've only read the Skyward series, plus a bit of the first Alcatraz book)
