  @Weaver of Lights I did both of those things and it didn't change anything
  
  I think the tablet's charging port is broken

  It's possible that there's dust inside, so you could try blowing air into the charging port and see if that helps.
  
  If not, you might just need to bring it into the store to get it fixed.
