uh-huh,i know, right? who would have thought that i have one of those?? thats crazy man
but yeah
if you want life update stuffs, feel free to read, and if you're curious about anything, just ask me. i like answering questions (when im not being aggressively interrogated lol)
mental health update:
Spoilerwoah, okkay, so this is fancy
i was talking to my therapist on tuesday, and i told her about how ive been super high-stung and stressed and paranoid and angry and super sad and all that fancy stuff, and she was like, "hey, im gonna have you do a depression screening" and then she asked me questions, and then she went to another paper thing and asked me more questions, and then she did that again one more time. the last two papers were for overall/social anxiety and also for trauma ( *cough*

but i didnt know that when she was asking me questions.
but basicallyyyyyy
overall anxiety: moderate
social anxiety: very severe (go figure)
depression: ...it's bad. i don't remember the word(s) she used, but i just remember that it's pretty bad.
trauma: ...IT'S REAL BAD, Y'ALL- I DIDNT REALIZE HOW TRAUMATIZED I AM UNTIL THIS HAPPENED AND UGHHHHH MAN IT'S MESSED WITH ME THIS WEEK
also she's wanting to have me do an autism screening just so i can get some appropriate accommodations on my 504 plan for school
also she wants me to start writing things down whenever i get anxious and/or upset/sad, so now i have to carry around a little notebook thing around with me wherever i go. i've wantede to use it a few times already, but i ended up not using it, because i didnt want people to see what i was writing

glad you're back!SpoilerOkay but honestly, you don't need to feel embarrassed about randomly needing to journal during class. Sometimes I use my seminary journal to help prevent anxiety attacks and no one ever notices. Don't do it if it makes your anxiousness worse, but I promise not as many people are looking as you think. I also have a friend who has anxiety and they journal in our class together all the time.
