Granted. It's a romanization of the Javanese version, which was itself translated from a bad Korean fan translarion, which was in turn based on a German fan translation written by a Kazakh in Addis-Ababa.
I wish for stamina.
He fell to his knees in the middle of the arena. For a couple minutes he stayed there, muttering to himself. If one had come up close enough, they could have heard "I'm alive. I'm alive."
Then, he got back up to his feet, took a dagger from... the remains of an unfortunate goblin, and went through the door.
He cursed himself for forgetting of pressing the other button while slippering through the group.
He ran again towards the group, aiming to press both the buttons in quick succession. This time, he would try to press the dash and only then the slippery ground, in case they couldn't be activated both at once.
Lonnm watched in confusion, wondering whether it was the fog or the acceleration that did that.
He ran again towards the remaining three goblins, made the ground slippery under him, and lurched himself through the group.
Lonnm looked around him for his companions in misfortune, before realizing he was indeed alone. He gritted his teeth, ran towards the rightmost goblin and grabbed him by the arm. He then quickly turned to his right, lurched himself forward, and as soon as the acceleration was over, he threw the goblin forward with all of his (admittedly limited) strength.
For me it's pretty much whatever song I've been playing recently
But good ones for this purpose include:
The Silence - Manchester Orchestra (especially the last part)
Thru the Eyes of Ruby - Smashing Pumpkins
My Body Is A Cage - Arcade Fire
Pretty much any song by Linkin Park
Pink Floyd's album The Wall also feels appropriate for this.
Note: this might be a slightly different vibe than whan you're looking for, as I need to let out despair more often than anger.
Edit: just listened to Let You Down. Dang dude *hugs*
I know what the cytoverse is (have yet to read anything in it though)
What I don't know is what a Fragment of the Oldest Dream is in Coder's title
(Skip me)
He contemplated the screen for some time, mimicking movements, then loudly sighing in exasperation and glaring at the roundness of his belly.
"Why didn't I listen those guys trying to sell me a gym subscription" mumbled he while clicking the suit.
Right as they heard the words "series of battles", Lonnm froze. Sweat rolled down his now very white face. Then, as the others rose up, he sighed and slowly walked to the weapons rack while muttering something unintelligible.
Lonnm squeaked and tried to hide deeper into his corner. "Please wait, I know what I've done, but I've tried to..."
Then he caught a glimpse of his brand in a guard's armor. "What is this?" he let out as he runned frantically and grabbed the mirror out of BM's hand. He stared at his reflection with a look both terrified and relieved.
Finally, he dropped the mirror down and turned to the Healer. "Who is that friend ? And what would be their connection with me?"
