  1. Deep quote with solid link to the artist. Shameless plugs for both writing and AMAs (scribbles something on clipboard while nodding) But the icing on the cake is the fact that upon opening the AMA the first line is: ALL ABOARD THE BANDWAGON! For the surprise factor and really good quote: 15.2/17
  2. *Cracks knuckles* What is your favorite type of pasta noodle? Elaborate on how great penne noodles are/why are you wrong? What is your least favorite negative number? Do you think you could fight a giraffe and win? In your opinion, what is the most satisfying way to break glass? Do you like fire? (Excluding damages caused by aforementioned fire) Do you have a fictional crush? If so, who is it? True or false: on a scale of 1/10 what is your favorite color in the alphabet? What is your favorite non fiction book? In case you were clever in the last question: what is your favorite non fictional and non religious book? Do you fold your laundry? What is your favorite emoji? (Note: you can't post a picture, you have to describe it) What question do you want to be asked?
  3. Quest had found his sleeping bag and promptly passed out. Within minutes he was snoring. He will continue to sleep for quite a while. You have done this to yourselves.
  4. "....Ok. I, um, I'm going to go sleep now." Quest awkwardly walks off to go sleep at the campsite.
  5. Welcome to the shard! Who's your favorite character?
  6. Quest stuttered, trying to think up further arguments. A sudden yawn cut off his train of thought. "Um, sorry. I can get a little single-minded." Quest awkwardly chuckled. "I...I guess I'll get some sleep." Quest sighed, but looked up hopefully at Vance. "But, um, can I get a glance at the books first?"
  7. "I can sleep on the carriage, and really, this is to good an opportunity to pass up." Quest said. "Just think about what these runes could do once I figure out there secrets. I don't want to look back and pass up on this knowledge for a nap."
  8. "Oh, no. It's not healing exactly. I'm just stimulating my body with life energy, which allows me to stay awake longer. It seems to have no consequences!" Quest's eye twitched, as he spoke.
  9. Quest blinked. "Oh, no. It hasn't been that long, I'm sure." Quest began counting off on his hands, muttering to himself. "Um, only two days?" Quest said. "But really, life magic does wonders. I hardly even notice."
  10. "No, no. We can both work on the runes. I'm, um, not even that tired."
  11. "Um, ok cool. I guess I'll go copy as many runes as possible in one day now." Quest began to walk away, absently muttering to himself. "Do I really need to sleep?"
  12. "Ok, cool. Should we, um, move Kealie inside or something?"
  13. Quest nodded. "I'm going to go get on started on copying down runes then, unless, um, you need anything else?"
  14. Quest blinked. "Oh, um, ok. It should really be useful for you."
  15. Quest adjusted his glasses and pulled the aether stone closer to his face. "Fascinating. Anyway, should sell for a good price at the Triluminescence." Quest held out the staff to Vance.
  16. Quest rolled it between his hands and pulled it closer to inspect the gem at the top. "It has a solid weight to it and I think it is made of mahogany wood. Might hold some magic properties, especially relating to that very mysterious red gem." Quest handed the staff back to Vance. "I assume you found it in the house?"
  17. "Um, ok. Could I stay here and finish up my notes?"
  18. "Ok, sounds good. Let's maybe rest for a day so Kealie can sleep and I can copy as many runes as possible. But, um, where are we going to rent a carriage?"
  19. "Yeah, we probably should restock. Where, um, is the nearest town?"
  20. Quest blushed. "Yes, I, ah, guess I am ok. But I used to be better. I don't have a lot of reasons to run around today."
  21. Miyako witty remark was cut off when the rope sank down to grab her throat. The dagger slipped from her fingers as Miyako struggled for air. Miyako sank to her knees, pooling all of her effort on controlling the water and pushing the rope away from her throat. Half of the stream leapt away from the leg, shooting for the princess's head. The other half continued to push against the armor, while cutting away at the princess's leg. Quest waved Vance off. "Yes, I, ah, haven't run that fast for a while. I should probably get back to the old training schedule..." Quest paused and pulled himself up. "I'm ok. Just winded from keeping up with you."
  22. Quest nodded from his slumped position of hands on knees. He gasped in air in between words. "Do we, um, have any bread?" "Oh?" Miyako said smirking. "Least they don't steal everyone's names and take away people's autonomy." As the blob of water hit the princess's leg, Miyako gave a savage grin. Tightly gripping control of the spell, Miyako pushed the water past the clothing. And then it turned back to liquid steel, a sharp, biting tide of water. It climbed up the princess's body, moving towards her head all while staying within her clothes. Miyako moved to slide underneath the rope, but it was a token effort at best. The fight was nearing to an end.
