    I think that even with full metalminds you will get more by compounding since you are using both the investiture from the metalmind and investiture from Preservation because of the allomancy.

    Good idea. I haven`t thought of that, but that raises 2 questions: 1) Is it used the same way in Reshi? 2) Who gave her this nickname? It is in Reshi and she never was in the Reshi Isles. Maybe her mother gave her this nickname, but that would mean she was stealing while her mother was alive. Another point I noticed is that she asked the nightwatcher to stay the same while everyoneelse changed around her, which could be a description of the world from the point of view of a shard. So maybe this is Cultivation will eventually give her what she asked for but it will take time, the same way Dalinar resived the forgivveness of Evi but not immediatelly and Taravangian resived the capacity to save humanity when he ascended to Odium.

    About a week ago I noticed That Lift is a Synonym of ascend and started thinking if it is a clue that will ascend to a shard (Cultivation?) in the future. Or maybe it means she will help someone else to ascend. I saw a WoB that Lift is the meaning of her name and not the way it is pronounced, but I haven`t found any on the origin of this name. Do we know if it is the name given to her at birth or maybe she started using it only after visiting the nightwatcher, presumabely when she was chosen to play this role? Was that something clear to everyone else that I missed entirely until now? (It appens sometimes as I am not a native English speaker - for few months I was sure the pun in Wax and Wayne was that the name sounds similar and I had no Idea that those are wordds with meaning).

    As far as I understand non-Nalthian have more investiture than a drab but it is not a drab and cannot be given. I think that to get more breaths you need to get them from Nalthis (probably not far in shadesmar) or to find a way to turn stormlight to breaths - Zahel is doing something of this sort which means it might be possible.

    The SA was also my first Sanderson books (I started about half a year ago) and I really liked them and had to read all the rest of the cosmere. Now I finished all the cosmere (expect white sand) and am rereading the SA. RoW is still my favorite Sanderson book, by far I just got my brother to read the cosmere and we read Elantris together and talked about it meanwhile and it was a great experience.

    I can confirm that Adonai is in Hebrew and not in Arabic. It means "my lord"/"my master" and is a name or title for god.

    I am not mad at him for killing the nobel but for leaving the skaa there dealing with the consequences. Because of his actions all the Skaa in the plantaination had to ran away and likely die (I know that in the end at least some of them survived but it was very likely they would get caught and killed or worse).

    From his percpective he is trying to help Kaladin and willing to risk a lot of pain for it. He sees liife as inherently bad and painfull and he is trying to save his freind from the pain. Of course Kaladin sees that life is actually worth living, but Moash doesn`t know that - he doesn`t have anyone to explain him life can be enjoiable or to give him an optimistic vision of his dead brother.

    I don`t have a clear explanation. Maybe general secret organizations feud or maybe the skybreakers are afraid that the ghostbloods action also might bring the desolations (although we haven`t seen it mentioned when we saw szeth with them). Or maybe something else - there are probably a lot of other possible explanations for those organizations to not get along.

    I am not sure what I think of this theory but if Shallan did kill testament before her mother "She's one of them" could be refering to the ghostbloods and not the radiants.

    I think that a soulcaster probably can`t soulcast someone (or something) invested, or at least it will be very hard. It is a very powerfull ability against a regular army but probably can`t be used directly against a magic user. It still will be usefull - we saw Jasnah soulcast the air to oil and set it on fire against fused.

    I kind of hated Kelsier from the first moment - when he killed the nobels in the plantation without caring for the skaa that whould be blamed for it. His motivations were`nt to protect (as is Kaladin`s) but to kill the nobles.

    I realy like that Devotion + Dominion are in the bind/unite dawnshard since in Elantris we see thata in the planet they occupy the religions she-dereth and shu-korath are both about unity, one from love and one from control.

    I have a theory based on the dilema from the Way of Kings Taravngian and Dalinar argued about (1 of 4 men is a killer, the rest innocent. who do you punish?): Taravangian will bring 100 people to the contest. One of them is his champion but Dalinar doesn`t know who and they don`t fight back (so they don`t contradict the rules of the contest). Taravangian Knows that Dalinar won`t kill the innocent people in order to win the contest so he is winning. This scenario can also fulfil the "sackling babe" death rattle if one of the 100 people is a baby. What do you think? (this is my first theory posted in the forum so probably it is clearly imposiblle but I didn`t notice the reason).
