  1. Shark, did not appreciate this. He might not like Lerac very much right now, but he was the only one Shark had left at this point. He quickly transformed into his silvery form and took a slash at the tiger's paw. "This is probably very stupid." He thought to himself.
  2. Shark was in no condition to fight. In fact, since coming to the clinic his only combat had been beating up a couple of skeletons. What he really wanted to do right now was to cry. To hide and never come out again. Something about this challenge shifted his attention, however. His stomach growled, and his ears flattened back. "No more." He whispered.
  3. “He’s still alive.” Shark thought. “Will you be okay?” He asked. Then he cried out. “Help! Help! Lerac is not well! Please, somebody!”
  4. “No. No. No! Haly, Wynn, and now Lerac too? Don’t go, don’t go. Don’t leave me…” For a moment, Shark seemed to be a figure, glowing, cradling Lerac’s body. Or was it someone else’s? Then rabbit lay next to heartbroken man once more. “Please, don’t die.”
  5. “I know, I know, I know. We’re alone now aren’t we?” Shark’s head was low.
  6. Shark did not want to be with the person who had just killed his only friend. But… Lerac was all he had now. The closest thing to a friend. And they had a common ground here. Even if Lerac had killed Wynn, Shark realized that it had needed to happen, somewhere. He was still mad at Lerac, but he decided that maybe, with time, he could forgive him. Shark licked Lerac’s hand silently, trying to ignore the pain and what he had just lost.
  7. “Leave me! Leave. Me.” Shark screeched, lashing out with silver claws, not to hurt so much as to express his anger and try to ward Lerac away. “She can’t be dead! She can’t be dead! I was going to make it better! You said that you would try to fix this! We were going to fix this!”
  8. Clinic: The Roof Shark looked on with horror. What had just happened? What kind of power had that been? Those two had just fought with a grace and strength Shark had never before seen. His friends. They had fought. They had killed each other. Wynn was dead. Wynn was dead. And just like that, Shark was all alone again. Shark was very angry with Lerac. He knew that it probably wasn’t fair. He knew that Wynn had said Lerac was supposed to kill her. But… but… Wynn was gone now, Lerac had stabbed, ripping the light from her, and Shark was left unloved. Shark once again became a small rabbit, uncaring of any danger. He had nowhere to go, but either way, he decided he it was time to be gone. He was going to leave and wander. Like before, like when… Shark slowly hopped away in the commotion, hoping nobody would notice him. They didn’t care about him anyway. The only ones who did were gone. Inaccessible or dead.
  9. Like of all things, seriously. Television? You could have trapped his grandpa in so many more interesting places, but you just had to use a television.
  10. Oh my goodness you privileged piano players have your instrument literally everywhere. It must be interesting to not send people into fits of anxiety by asking to play their instruments. Pianos are ubiquitous and it isn't considered weird to ask to play other people's pianos. fjage;lthih.a;riuegldbuilraaymhfralfdshalgbrnafbgvu jqer;ai/t.gbrja;/raejnzog/hbrjaenzl Oh wait, I sound angry now. This was a joke, my fellows.
  11. Yeah, I know. I thought we were listing people named Magnus.
  12. Shark knew something odd was happening. Lerac said that Wynn wasn't to be trusted. What had he said she was now? Corrupted? Shark was worried. What were those tigers up too? Why were they standing with Wynn? "Are you okay?" Shark asked Wynn. "Why does Lerac say I can't trust you?"
  13. Shark, upon hearing Wynn's voice, perked up noticeably. How had he not noticed her before? "Wynn!" He said, bouncing up and down. "We are here to help you!. Lerac and me are coming to help beat up the badguys! Do you have food for me? I am very much most enhungered." He hopped a little closer.
  14. Clinic: Roof Shark did not like the look of those tigers. They looked nearly inedible, and seeing how he was a bunny rabbit of the most ferocious variety, that was saying something. He eyed them warily. If they attacked him, he would defend himself, but for now he was worried. "I will wait and see what the others do first." he thought. Then his stomach rumbled.
  15. *hugs* Life is not a kind place. This world is not a kind place. Many of us don't know what we are doing. Many of us feel as if we are falling apart. Down, down, down we go. Breaking into pieces. Melting into puddles. I do not understand well enough to give good advice, but know this: You have worth. Your problems and sadnesses do not define you. Your grades do not define who you are. The world is harsh, and you live in it, as we all do. We're all here to help each other do the best we can. Good luck out there. We're here for you, as are others.
  16. Magnus Carlsen?
  17. *hugs* We can't make decisions for other people. Nobody wants other people to kill themselves. (If they do they're awful humans) It isn't that it's allowed to happen, but that sometimes people feel like life isn't worth living, nobody cares about them, people would be better off without them, or all sorts of reasons. We don't embrace death. This sort of thing is only allowed to happen as far as we cannot chose for other people. These things are very angering, saddening, and confusing. I am sorry that we don't have the answers. We're here for you. We feel with you. Not for you or because of you, but with you.
  18. I know what it's like to not want to have a life anymore. I don't particularly want to either. It is not going to be kind to me. You know, Haly once said to me that life is a balancing act. We all have to help each other stay up. It's honestly very wise for someone I'm 99% certain is younger than me. Sometimes you will feel like people don't care. I do all the time. Sometimes you will feel that everything is falling. Nobody else can see it, but you're slipping. You feel it in every breath you take, every step that you move with. You feel it as you lay in your bed trying to fall asleep, wanting sleep to come so that you can pretend, for a few precious hours, that you aren't real and don't exist. I know these feelings. They accompany me almost daily now. Sometimes, people will tell you that we live hard lives to enjoy the happy moments. I see how this could be true, but that doesn't really help when you just about want to die, does it? I don't know the answers. If I had them, I would gladly share them. So, instead, I want you to know that we are here for you, and in your in person life there are people who want the best for you too. If you start to wobble, even when falling feels inevitable, so much so that you almost feel that sense of vertigo. Some sense of falling. But those people will help steady you. We will help steady you. *Hugs* Good luck out there, Mr. Archivist.
  19. Clinic: Calano's Office "So," Shark said. "Who is here? Can we defeat the badguys?" He was really hungry now, and worried. He wanted Wynn to be okay. He wanted to help. It seemed as if everything was going wrong. Shark returned to his typical rabbit form and sat dejectedly on the floor of the office.
  20. Yes, I would think so. Connection manipulation could give you that particular ability, however.
  21. Calano's Office This was all very confusing to Shark. How did they just do that? One moment ago they had been somewhere entirely different. "I hope Wynn is okay" He thought. But then he thought something else. "I'm hungry." Shark hadn't eaten much since Haly had left. Now, he was quite ravenous. "I am here!" He said to anyone who cared. Announcing his presence helped him feel better, like he could actually do something.
  22. "Let's go then!" Shark said. He was panicking. Wynn really was corrupted. What if they couldn't save her? What if they actually had to kill her? Shark was determined to try his very hardest before that happened. "Lerac, let's do our best, okay? We'll make it better."
  23. Shark did not particularly enjoy being held. He found it to be undignified, so he leapt out of Lark's grip once they were through the flame wall. "Let's go! I will help! Shark said.
