I think HWIN meant "who voted for that option," not "who added that as an option."

Yes that is what i meant. It makes sense to have it on a poll but not to vote for it. Even if you think moash is redeemable he clearly is not "great" and saying moash is a mirror of kaladin does not make much sense either as the whole conflict between them is(rhythm of war spoilers)

    Spoiler

that moash gave up his pain and took the cowardly option while kaladin accepted responsibility. This is one of the big themes of stormlight. Responsibility Dalinar accepts it, Kaladin accepts it, Szeth kinda accepts it. Radiancy revolves around the notion that with great power comes great responsibility. Moash is a foil to kaladin in that he accepts power but not responsibility. He takes weakness before strengtha(giving up his pain) and journey before destination(his power before he can wisely handle it. In stormlight our 3 main foils to the first oath are Sadeas, for life before death, Moash, for strength before weakness, and Taravangian, for journey before destination. Moash is weak and pityable but cannot be truly compared to somebody brave and honorable like Kaladin

    Weird, semi-kinda-not-really-plausible theory:

Hoid's quest: put Adonalsium back together after killing all the Shards with bits of their own Investiture.

    Why?

Because Adonalsium was one of many gods in the universe outside the Cosmere, the god of sapience (because Investiture comes to life), and the gods outside the Cosmere hired Hoid to put him back together and bring balance back to the universe.

I know this theory is probably completely ridiculous, but I like picturing Hoid as a cosmic bounty hunter. :P

Would this be possible? As I understood it adonalsium could not be reformed as some shards are shattered and thus couldnt be combined with other shards

  3. So, as of now it is know that there are 16 shards which make up adonalsiums spiritual presence and 4 dawnshards that make up it's cognative presence. It seems like a logical jump that there would be some sort of shard that makes up adonalsiums physical presence.  There would probably be 2 as so far we have worked with sqaring shard numbers and 256 physical shards seems like overkill. Are there any wobs pretaining to this.

I don’t know. He should’ve though. There is some speculation about when Gandalf said “Fly, you fools” he meant take eagles.

It was a trick question yknow how hobbits get corrupted by the ring despite being the most resistant and how Gandalf says he is extra affected by the rings corruption because he is so powerful (the ring works like a power multiplier, hobbits power lies in being unoticable so the ring doubles that to make them invisible. Thus more powerful creatures are more affected by the ring than hobbits) even if the eagles managed to get to mordor they would have been shot out of the air by orc arrows or killed by Nazgul on fell beasts. The only way to destroy the ring was to get to mt doom unoticed and you cant do that on one of the creatures sauron expects. You can only do it on the most subtle weak creatures that sauron ignores because of their weakness

  5. I am so glad to see that I am not the only person who makes random things like this up. I literally have a 93 hour long continuous connected unverse that I invented so I could make up stories for my younger brother. As my younger brother is still an elemtary school boy the prominently featuring characters tend to be things like, ginuea pigs, sapient polar bears, our dog, blitzen the reindeer with an assult rifle and the main villian(as of now) is Dora the Destroya at the head of an army of 50000 oompa loompas.

Last week was so freakin' awesome.  Mission weeks are the best weeks, even when they're full of travel ups and downs (we only got like five hours of sleep the first night because we arrived so late) and construction hiccups.  The love and joy we get to experience and share, the community and teamwork, and the connection despite the language barrier, more than make up for it.

Also I'm supposed to start therapy or counselling, not sure of the difference, in a couple weeks!  And I'm really glad about that.

Hey! i just went on one to puerto rico!
