To actually have something of value Im looking at the votes yesterday Matrim votes Steeldancer Archer votes Steeldancer Because Matri mdid I think Drake votes Steeldancer Kasimir votes Tani Araris votes Stcik Thinks elims are on trains Archer votes Thaidakar Hiding the role after saying it implies teammates Thaidakar votes Steeldancer Because "reasons" TJ votes Archer For sidetrains Matrim unvotes Steeldancer Good defense Kasimir votes Bort They were roleblocked Drake votes Thaidakar Matrim votes Biplet Steeldancer votes Archer Werid voting Biplet votes Thaidakar "I forgot I was stole nfrom" Stick votes Thaidakar rogot stolen and also ignoring security officer Araris votes Thaidakar For "not doing anything particularly village" and also voting earlier Fifth votes Biplet Doesn't like reasoning of Thaidakar vote Kasimir votes Thaidakar Ensure vote? Policy for vote returning? So! Either I have no reading comprehension or a lot of people were citing reasoning that wasn't in the same post or wasn't around at all. Probably the former honestly. All of the Thaidakar reasoning seems a bit... nothing? Araris said Thaidakar just hadn't done anything village and also said Stick was basically equal but was okay with voting same as Stick who is apparently one of the top suspicions. I couldn't really figure out Drake's reasoning. Archer's thing only makes sense if no one menitoned it in the thread which... they did. The forgetting stolen from is... okya reasoning I guess but it tseemed kind of overplayed and especially since there were toher votes that seemed to make sense. Everyone on that train gets a bit of bad vibes except the friendly security officer because the friendly security foficer can do no wrong I ca'nt find why people voted Steeldancer. I guess it's not thatimportant but I hae looked and cannot find its really unfortunate I got sidetracked and forgot what I was doing so I'm just going to post this and possibly come back if I remember what was going on but I have to leave right now and I wont be back for a few hours so bye

On a polar night in the midst of frozen flowers, Eiro sat and wove flowers in a particular pattern. End over end, bud over bud, and soon the pattern was complete. They donned the flower crown and waited for the sun to claw its way past the horizon, though they knew they would not live to see it. They held a piece of paper in two pinched fingers, the last thing they would ever write. It wasn’t long, just a few lines, but it was all they had. Everything was in order. The flowers were watered, the lights were extinguished, the hopes were put away. Nothing left but to wait and watch the fire die. To those who have killed me: When I am gone, please do not leave me in this wasteland where nothing returns to dust. I want to be cremated and my ashes scattered over the flowers I spent my life caring for. That would be fitting. My death upon my life, and soon nothing will remain. I will be nothing, and there will still be frozen corpses in Antarctica. I will be nothing, and that is for the best. Fair fortune, Eiro It’s 5-2-1 right now probably so if Devotary kills a villager we lose and if Devotary kills no one it goes to 3-2-1 which honestly seems like an unwinnable situation because I don’t think anyone trusts anyone at this point. If Devotary does manage to kill any elim it goes to 3-1-1 which basically a do or die situation but possibly winnable if Devotary kills the right person? Of course this is all assuming I get voted but with the way the votes are leaning right now it doesn’t look good If we do have a next cycle… Well I still want Araris dead. I’m willing to think about all the quiet people Wait I forgot The Unknown Aon will inactivity die Devotary you have to kill someone and hope you hit an elim or we just lose. Or The Unknown Aon is an elim but then again you should still kill someone if so because we won’t auto lose if they are. Pick anyone you distrust at all because I don't trust my own judgement right now This was a great game. I had fun. I hope everyone else did. I think the roles and rules and everything were cool. Have a good polar night everyone!

Hi! School's canceled today because of weather so I'll be around! So Stick was covering for arson by claiming kills. Not the greatest strategy honesly since the kill sstarting up next would seem strange in arson context but understandable Now the thin gthat makes me feel weird about the Stick vote is this This is kinda weird. I feel like something’s off… @Dannnex @STINK @Szeth_Pancakes @The Unknown Aon Would appreciate your votes edit: ninjad, ignore the tag Dannex sorry and this Well yes, but actually no. xD Here's the VC: Araris (1): JNV Szeth (1): Illwei Stick (2): Araris, Orlok Illwei (1): Stick Devotary (1): Thaidakar What if all of us got RNG'ed in a 5-way tie ( ͡° ͡° ͜ʖ ͡° ͡°) They seem actively invested in Araris living and also nonchalant about dying which makes sense because they already uysed the explosion. But they're immune to kills! That would be more valuabl than Araris. But why didn't they just vote on someone? They could have moved to Szeth or Devotary or Araris here. The only conclusion I can draw from that is that they didn't want to vote any of them. But why? If the vote wasn't a gambit the pool is me, Thaidakar, Szeth, The Unknown Aon I thought we kind of collectivvely agreed Thaidakar was a little too clueless? Maybe? But honestly I have some lingering bad vibes. But! Thaidakar definitely killed those people. I know I said this about Stick and was wrong but that was arson. For Thaidakar to be elim and also have a kill role strikes me as strange The Unknown Aon will get inactivity killed probably but if they don't I think they were vanilla and that was important for some reason? If the vote wats a gambit the pool is Araris, Devotary, STINK, Orlok Devotary is obviously a neutral Araris... So at first they didn't like the Stick train then after Illwei's reasonless vote on them they suddenly pivot and go with it and I don't understand that and I feel like I'm just tunnelling at this point but seriously I don't really get them. Before they were like "the interactions feel not evil" and then they think "oh Stick is good enough to fake that" and I... I don't know if this is just doubt because I disagree wtih a lot of their opinions or genuinely good points or a lot of paranoia but I can't let go of this STINK and Orlok seem to have the tsame reason of "that role makes no sense" which is... fair. I like that reason and it feels good But there are probably two elims left so there has to be a reasonable team Player list and conclusions if each is elim The Unknown Aon. Hard to conlcude anything I'll come back to this later Araris. Id think better of Thaidakar Devotary. Im not even considering this one honestly STINK. I... don't know I'll have to look again give me a bit Szeth. If they're elim it's prbobaly not a bus so then I'd look at... Thaidakar? Thaidakar. If they're elim... I don't know. I'm having trouble ocnceiving this possibility which is a problme so I'll look into it more later Orlok. Maybe... Araris? So the main conclusion is that I focus too much on what I want to be true instead of thinking logically. That sucks I persoally want to vote Araris. If Im wrong, and I probably am, I'm sorry but I just can't conceive of the world where they aren't. So Araris and honestly if you want to vote me out right here right now I'm down for that

........ Haar'chak. This is a lesson to sleep instead of post. Sorry I think Red Wedding is just a superior strategy to Mass Extinction because it moves kills from the least crucial time to the most crucial wtihout sacrificing much of anything and it can be adapted to Mass Extinction in the end but it doesn't really diverge in the early game because these are the times when people know the least so the kills are most easily sacrificed. It really doesn't matter until later In the next few days I'm going to be very very busy so I m just going to try and read everything I've missed and see if I can have thoughts 1. What does LAFO mean? 2. I'm obviously not in the right frame of mind to focus on this so I'll come back in a few hours and hopefully be more productive then. Right now I keep getting sidetracked and the nI forget any thoughts that I may ave had so bye for now Ill be back

Sorry for not getting on yesterday! I've reached the point where I kind of wish evreyone except me could just vanish because I have very few good vibes towards anyone and I don't really know anything. @Devotary of Spontaneity would you be willin gto not kill this cycle so we don't automatically lose if the Stick voters are wrong? I'll just stay where I am because I don't see the Stick train moving in the next few minutes but honestly I don't feel good about it because it just sort of sprung up and there isn't much fighting against it Bye! EDIT: I completely forgot to mention why I trust Stick. My bad. The thing is, if Stick hadn't claimed the double kill, with Thaidakar's claim the numbers wold have lined up with arson and they could have just slid under the radar so I'm kind of inclined to trust them. Could be a gambit but I don't think it would be a sound one

Hi! My mind is blank on thoughts and someone already did net change on items so I think I'll just do a quick summary of previous cycles to myself with miscellaneous bits cut I've mentioned this a lot but the rapid fire Hazekiller claim from Thaidakar reads good to me I am hardcore trusting Kas's Thief security officer claim (I think I've also mentioned this before) The Unknown Aon seems a bit hmm because phrasing but that might be an exaggeration on my part (There really wasn't much that caught my eye day 1. sad) Okay now next bit (Okay, either people are talking without saying much or my brain is melting. Probably the second one honestly; I'm really tired. I'll be back tomorrow ish same time as always. Sadly, I won't be available tomorrow morning. Bye! I'll do more thoughts when my eyes aren't slipping shut without me noticing! Good night!)

Archer's role can only hide alignments The thing that really bugs me about Araris is this: Later followed by this: Also is completely ignoring roles and claims and such for analysis which led me to a completely different conclusion about elim guesses. But I don't know if I have a negative opinion because they seem evil or because they find me suspicious. More categories of people People that I would like Devotary to kill pretty please Szeth, STINK, Dannnex (same reasons as last time) People that are plausibly evil Araris, Illwei (people have made good arguments about an immortal role and also Illwei has seemed a little hmm but honestly I've been getting very good vibes from Illwei recently) People who I do not want dead right now Devotary, Thaidakar, Stick, me (Devotary, Thaidakar, and Stick are rolewise probably evil. I'm me.) People that I would want dead if I run out of "plausibly evil" people The Unknown Aon, Orlok (They don't really have a great reason to justify their not evilness but I'm not really finding them suspicious right now (The Unknown Aon only gets a pass because of the Devotary thing and that regular/vanilla debate at the start but hoenstly they seem a bit off and also I could believe that there would be regular elims in theory so after we bur nthrough Araris and llwei they are next)) A numbers thought 11 people left. Probably 3 elims. So it's 7 3 1. Worst case everything hits a villager so it's 4 3 1 next time. Elims win at same numbers so if Devotary kills at that point we and we hit an elim we still lose. If I had to guess from the resident black boxes I'd think... Szeth? Maybe? Because I think Dannnex lampshaded a "I can't believe people don't find me suspicious" at one point and I don't think an elim would do that and also STINK had an excuse. In terms of the vote I'm kind of ambivalent between Araris and Illwei but considering that Araris has to be voted off and Illwei doesn't I'm leaning a bit towards Araris because if need be we can ask Devotary to kill Illwei and we can't with Araris. Also, Illwei has had some okay points. Bye!

Hi! Last post of the night and probably the cycle so I just want to take a second to say that killing Devotary right now is a bad move if @Devotary of Spontaneity is willing to be a personal assassin for us. The issue for us right now is that there are a lot of people that we know nothing about and don't really feel confident voting off as a result. Devotary can kill people for us, reducing the number of cycles we need to cut down on people. The thing is, we don't really need Devotary to die now. Devotary can die whenever or never at all. They are definitely not an elim based on interactions and they have to actively work against both sides so the elims also want them dead at some point. To be honest, the villge side of things is looking pretty grim so Devotary is incentivized to work with us until it starts looking bad for the elims at which point we vote them off To be honest, I'm not sure I feel great about the idea of basically threatening a palyer into compliance so Devotary, I'd like you to comment on whether or not you'd be willin gbefore anything actually happens t o implement this A list of people I'd kind of like dead in no particular order Dannex. Skating by with nothing Szeth. Also skating by STINK. to a lessr extent with an excuse Araris. I still can't remember what they've done een though I just reread the entire game so far but that might be exhaustion takling so I don't really know on this one Tani. Some weird opinions honestly. Illwei. This is the person I want to vote off, but if you're going to die anyway, I'd appreciate a kill on them to save us some time if that come sbefore the vote in the actions. I'm so tired right now soI'm going to sleep and I'll see you after the cycle ends and hopefully the world won't end while I'm asleep

Tried and lost the coin toss I guess. Sad. To the person who won the coin toss, you don't know who you are but I do. You get a solid "grrr" on the mood scale. So by the looks of it, some items were added to the stockpile. See the spoiler for some mathy bits Some things from last cycle @Matrim's Dice, when I said that I thought Thaidakar's claim was genuine, I meant I thought it came from a villager because I'd think that an elim wouldn't be so careless and ther ewasn't a lot of time to set up a gmabit like that since it was right at the starrt of cycle. Poor phrasing on my part. Sorry. Also the coordination bit was in the scenario where everyone forcefully colludes not in reality so... yeah. Somehow I didn't realize Kasimir was claiming Thief security officer until just now when I was backreading. Thank you for keeping the people of this ship safe, good sir! Vor entye. (Thank you (formal)) Thaidakar still hasn't read the rules? Please read those forwards, backwards, sideways, in a mirror, and every oher way you can think of because that's very very very important And now some RP because I forgot to do that Somewhere in the ship, there is a lost child who is not lost because lost implies a certain lack of agency and Kali knew exactly what they were getting into on this ship. They'd heard all the rumors, visited all the suspicious parts of town, seen the knives tucked up sturdy sleeves. Hiding away in a diplomatic envoy flying through a warzone was still better than what waited for them at home. They hadn't predicted the rebels, but knives are still knives, regardless of their wielders, and if they were caught, they'd die one way or another. Either at the hand of a rebel, or sent back to their doom. Maybe they wouldn't sneak some rations from the nearby storage room tonight. Too risky.

So I was thinking that if you had a suspicion about a person, you'd just bring it up in thread? And get them voted out? Scans happen at night so there's a whole bit of voting. I advised reluctane because the idea of a lot of villagers dying and hobbled seems bad and there are better ways to kill people. I guess if the Investigator scans someone as evil and that person is very trusted the knife could be good but other than that I really don't see why people wouldn't just hold on to it until they know more later and just talk it out more. So your "previous point" was that you had an instinctual negative reaction to an opening post that is a rules analysis. I cna't do anything to change what my opening post was. Cool. It was something thrown together quickly so I'd have a post in the first few hours instead of waiting another 24 since I can only post about now. Honestly, with all the joking votes on returning players, I'm pretty okay with this. I'd rather die than ruin someone else's attempt to come back to something they've been away from fro a while especially since there's a whole other game for me. Hi! This is my second game so I don't think we've ever met! Nice to meet you! Okay now direct mentions are over down to looking at everything. I think Thaidakar's claim is genuine. It reads very much like honest slip, and it happened so early in the cycle that I can't see plotting to slip like that as an elim The coordination debate is really just a matter of opinion, but I have sort of the reverse opinion as Matrim where I'd rather coordinate during the day than the night beause it forces accountability when the results are right there but in the night it just allows for tampering or stealing from other people If those votes for returning players stay on there, we are going to have words. I have opinions about returning players (give them at least a cycle, possibly two in a longer game) and I will not hesitate to throw hands The elim duralumin thoughts are good thoughts and things to be worried about and I appreciate you bringing them up Thats all for today since it's like three hours past when I should be asleep so I'll see you in like 20 hours. I don't really have a vote and I don't think I'll get one before the cycle ends sadly. Bye!

Hi! A lot happened, but apparently all the kills were claimed so there wasn't some mass murder elim ability probably (hopefully). So the elims weren't killing because Archer could only hide the vote or the kill, but not both. Makes sense. the kill this cycle also makes sense because Archer was doomed. Good news: we have info now! Bad news: all my village reads are now dead. Requiescat in pace to all who have perished on this good night. So, like Ash said a bit ago, there are a few ways to proceed from here. I choose to outline all of them even though I shoudl really be going to sleep! 1. Archer connections Vote from first cycle with color changed for alignment: The elims were obviously banking on no flips because they started with no kills from the get go, so I don't think they'd bus in the beginning because that's really useless wtih no flips. I think Matrim would have been village. Possibly. What really stands out is Karnatheon. I want to think they were an elim. I hope they were an elim. Otherwise, not much Archer connections. Vote from second cycle with color change This actually makes me think a bit better of Devotary because they were the counter to Karnatheon with the Archer vote on them but their role as they state it to be is a lot more useful than a vote mover plus the vote manip was in Karnatheon's favor so saving Devotary was obviously a non priority. This all depends on Devotary's honesty though and that's always a bit hard to tell Vote from last cycle I don't think I really need to say this makes Illwei look a bit sketchy but honestly I think an elim would jump ship to Archer and get a bit of credit rather than hang on so just mixed feelings about different opinions I guess? But I think there has to be at least one elim from the Archer voters. Probably. Archer's posts from C1 Their first post spelled out "KRROK" (crook) which makes me laugh. If that was on purpose then I applaud you lampshades complicated role Their role seems relatively straightforward so they probably already set up the gambit Mixup Puns The role claim plus info fishing About 2.5 hoursa fter the lampshade The Illwei interaction here makes me think better of Illwei because such strongdisagreement about something that is good for elims Explains solving "What did TJ do that made this need to be blackout?" We have our answer. Your role. *incomprehensible screaming* RP Floats suspicion of everyone mentioned except Thaidakar but particularly Illwei Argues against the Mat vote and floats suspicion on Ashbringer and Devotary while also voting Mat Conclusions: Archer is good at puns. Either expert distancing or Illwei seems better off (but there was a retract in there that felt weird honestly). Ashbringer seems alright. I don't know about Devotary. Archer's posts from C2 Pretends about role. Tries to excuse lack of elim kill. Reads list. I think paranoia is keeping me from properly analyzing the reads list. Is Archer known for distancing and such? If so, maybe I'll take a look at those "suspicious" reads. Lampshades low/inactive elim team which implies at least 1-2 high activity members Joke Proposes Striker theories. Elaborates on fake role. More Devotary suspicion Conclusions: Depends on whether or not Archer is known for distancing. People who have played with him as evil before, let me know! Archer's posts C3 More shade on Devotary. Agrees with netural but seems "too villagery"? Accepts arsonist alternative to no kill. Suspicion on Thaidakar The Thaidakar is a sharp turn from the earlier good vibes Wants kills going around. The scam thing. Honestly, this kind of makes me think Thaidakar is village. I don't really want to think that, but thats personal bias, not logic. Scam exposed. Trie sto justify by implicating Amanuensis. Further justification More justification More justification "Big assumption to think [their] role is what's keeping the alignments concealed." Yeah right. More justification. Expresses suspicion of Ashbringer and Devotary "Big reveal" Conclusions: Again, I kind of want to think better of Devotary and Ashbringer, but distancing. Also I just kind of think well of them in general. 2. Role claims Thaidakar... I've gone back and forth a bit on this one. In the end, I think they're village. A really inexperienced, negligent village, but village. I just cannot see a world where this sort of behavior persists when they're elim. But if you are an elim, then good on you and sorry for doubting your ability. Concerning the Stick bit: I don't like the role . It seems too swingy. I don't want to think it exists. But with the death toll? I think it has to exist, or at least exist in a form where two people die. However, them confessing looks good, I have to say. Mostly because something had to cause those deaths, and why would an elim have a role that wipes two villagers? Devotary. Honestly, I'm inclined to believe them. They were killing people when the elims were obviously going for the no flips strategy and the Unknown Aon verified them. Illwei claims message after death. Unverifiable until they die. They had strong support of Archer. There was an Archer vote retract that felt strange. I could see them as elim. 3. Process of elimination There's 13 players left. Illwei, The Unknown Aon, Araris, Ashbringer, Tani, Devotary, STINK, Stick, Szeth, me, Thaidakar, Orlok, Dannnex. There were 21 players to start, so about 4-5 elims. 1-2 are dead (Archer and maybe Karnatheon). Probably 3 elims left. Removing me from the pool. If you find me suspicious, feel free to leave me in. Illwei, The Unknown Aon, Araris, Ashbringer, Tani, Devotary, STINK, Stick, Szeth, Thaidakar, Orlok, Dannnex Tentatively removing Thaidakar, Devotary, Ashbringer, Stick from the pool (see above). Illwei, The Unknown Aon, Araris, Tani, STINK, Szeth, Orlok, Dannnex. Thats a bit more managable. Tani. They are actively shading Devotary with really strong claims that seem a bit... like nothing? It's a blackout game and they expect a neutral to be in the rules? They expect their weird neutral ratios from their game to be representative of everything? I don't like it. The Unknown Aon. They almost certainly started as a Regular. I don't think they're an elim with Devotary because having an evil person that can give the vanilla evil person roles seems a bit busted. This doesn't mean they aren't an elim, but seems less likely than other options. I'm lumping STINK, Szeth and Dannex in the same box. They haven't done enough for me to remember anything they've done. I can't read them like this, but @Devotary of Spontaneity if you want to kill people, here are some targets. See section 2 for Illwei. Araris. I remember that they did things, but my brain is blanking on what they actually did. Not something I'd want to pursue Orlok. The thing is, I like Orlok. I like the spreadsheets and the words. I don't think I can evaluate them without extreme bias. But I like the effort and questions and such and this is probably the vote I most don't want. TL;DR Illwei and Tani seem weird. I feel pretty good about Devotary, Stick, and Thaidakar. I don't remember anything Araris did so maybe them? STINK Szeth and Dannnex are black boxes. I'll go with Illwei for now. Might reevaluate tomorrow after I reread everything to try and remember what Araris did.

Hi! This is probably my only post for now because it's pretyt late but I thought I'd do a quick recap of all the rules (mostly for me but you can look at it too) Factions Pretty standard except the traitors get an item to kill so the Thief could steal the steel vial from them possibly if they're stockpiling. Sad that the thief doesn't really want to do that because it's non Scadrial items Stockpile Pretty standard items stock. @StrikerEZ in the last post on the first page you said there were separate item passing and item taking actions but in the rules it says that you can pass but if you do you can't take from the pile. Which is correct? Metals Iron. Protect Steel. Kill Tin. Target scaner Pewter. Extra life Zinc. Vote move Brass. Vote cancel Copper. Invisible. Bronze. See metal Gold. Like tin but for you Seems good if you have pewter and die but that's unpredictable @StrikerEZ since pewter is passive, your other metal actions will still go through even though you burn pewter? Electrum. Block a random action Imagine burning electrum and you block the protect but not the kill Cadmium. Role delay. Seems unhelpful honestly @StrikerEZ when a person's actions are delayed, is the vial consumed on the turn the actions were supposed to happen or the turn it actually happens If the latter and the thief steals the requisite vial before the action, what happens? Bendalloy. Random redirect Also seems unhelpful Aluminum. Won't save your life but will save you from a lot of unpleasant things Duralumin. Extra target next turn Seems good if you have good vials Chromium. Destroy vial. @StrikerEZ at what point in the OoA does the elim steel vial receiving happen? Nicrosil. Like duralumin but for friends Trust is hard. Roles Metallurgist. Item refresh @StrikerEZ is there an upper bound to items in the stockpile? Investigator. Alighnemnt scanner. Seems good. Having PMs is nice for this because they can tell te scanned. Also elim gambit fodder. Hazekiller. Roleblock. Good for finding killers. Items Hrovell potion. This seems very very powerful. Seems worse for village because majority and also uninformed Painrial. Item snatch. Seems violent. Probably violates some Geneva Conventions. Shade Gun. Random redirect. Basically bendalloy but immune to being watched but also aluminum. Attractor fabrial. Add to stockpile. Great. Anti Investiture knife. Use only in times of desperation. It will take away an elims ability to kill (because steel vial) and possibly kill them but you have to be certain and also you might die. I am signing off for the night. I'll see you tomorrow-ish probably! Ret'! (Bye!) EDIT: Araris, I appreciate the vote. It's the vote of "you're not a complete rookie anymore". Thanks!

Hi! Sorry for not being on yesterday. I had a concert and it ran late. So there are a lot more roles than I expected. I'm a Regular. Don't know how much that will help, but hopefully it does something. I've played a no flips mafia game once with a few friends on Discord. It devolved into a festering pit of paranoia and basically a free for all after a few cycles. I don't really know how to play games where I can't draw conclusions. People I kind of want dead: -Archer. I didn't really think the initial reasons were too significant, but Archer's repsonse seemed really fishy. Like they're buying time or something. And the gambit? What? Probably where my vote is going. -Thaidakar. I know they seem TWTBAW but... A lot of it can be handwaved with new player syndrome but still. I can see them being an elim if the elims don't get to know each other's identities, if the elims don't get to talk privately, or if they're a solo elim. The last option seems unlikely because I don't think TJ would do that to a new player, but its not impossible. If they do have a team they know and can talk to, I can't see a world where the elims let Thaidakar stumble around blind. -Devotary. I... honestly can't remember why I wanted them dead. This is either a sign that I have not been focused lately or a sign that maybe the reasoning was bad. Archer for general suspicion, oddity, and confusion. I'll look into things, but I don't know if I have much time

Hi! I skimmed through what I missed but I haven't looked too closely because I don't have that much time (test tomorrow) so I just wanted to stop by and say yes I am alive and also I have mildly negative vibes towards Devotary because the only point in their favor was the acknowledgement of Archer and that's viable as an elim because once there is a claim from a non-elim there is confirmation of non-elim Epics and also that Stick vote which still does not track for me even after their explanation. Bye for now! Probably last post of the night if I can't catch up and of the cycle because school so I hope I can help out more next cycle.

Hi! I have literally 2 minutes before I go dark for twelve hours but I just want to point out that Matrims statement about only one question could mean that they asked only one question and it didn't get PAFOd or that they asked a lot of questions and all but one got PAFOd. Bye for a while!

Hi! The timing of cycle end is kind of inconvenient for me plus I'll be gone all day tomorrow so this is probably my last post of the cycle! Just a heads up, I'll probably only be able to post from a few hours before this to now ish on weekdays. A lot has happened! Let me try to catch up and give some thoughts. So I feel like I forgot half of what I thought as I was reading but here's a reaeds bit by player I guess because I can't remember much Illwei. I think I like Illwei because strong opinions + good reasons = nice and also not much cause for concern from what I've seen Matrim. Talks a lot for things that don't really need to be talked about so much but also lampshades this later? Or is it really lampshading if its justification? I also can't find Experience's "single somewhat strange" read so I'm a bit confused. But they're not really doing anything? They're just talking around in circles that all come down to the indescribable nature of the mind and there's not really new things going on and a lot of the arguments deal with things I wasn't here for so... But also I like that they're at least trying to talk things through. And I get that its the first cycle so I don't really want them to die because it feels like they'll talk about more when theres more to talk about. Experience. Kind of like Mat but without the talking a lot bit? Hasn't really said much of anything and the one opinion he had (Amanuensis) went away after taking a closer look so... Like if I vote for anyone (so far though, I've just looked at these three cause I'm going in order of the player list) it would be them? Kasimir. To be honest, I think I might just like this guy because they have great philosophical takes. Have some virtual applause because you deserve it. They have a lot of thoughts and I agree with a lot of the thoughts which is good in my book but also note for future JNV that you are sleep deprived and also easily swayed by lots of words so look into that for me future self Striker. Just sort of voting around. Seems busy though so I think it's probably nothing. Aon. Had that one comment about vanilla vs regular then dipped. Hard to havve thoughts on people who arne't here which is why I kind of don't like low activity (I say as a low activity person. You know what, amend that to low contribution. Then again I haven't contrubted anything. Let's just say I'm a hypocrite and move on) By the way I asked TJ about regular and he did say it was the name of the vanilla role for the game so that's nice Araris: Hasn't really done much to make me not like them. Strong opinions with reasons attached which is nice but not really significant honestly cause you could do that as both sides Ashbringer. I think the way they talk kind of confuses me or I'm sleep deprived because it's very very late and I should have gone to sleep three hours ago but they kind of seem like Matrim where they say things and say things and say things but those things don't really have much substance but at least the saying things bit is with things that seem like they could be substantial if elaborated on and might be around more later Tani. Hasn't done anything to actually contribute? Joked around a bit and voted without reasoning but other than that, not much? Kind of a negative feeling but Matrim said it was normal? Honestly I don't really know Karnatheon. Showed up once to vote on Archer for info then disappeared. At least they had a reason? Devotary. Of the opinion that assuming village Epics is a logical leap for elims who are probably all Epics from the name so Archer village probably. I like this opinion. I don't know if I necessarily trust Devotary because of this because if they are an elim then when village Archer claimed they would know there are village Epics and respond accordingly but it's a point in their favor. Archer. Very forward with information which I like and I think I'd trust them for being bold but not too far because paranoia. STINK. Anti-meta chatter I think? Honestly not much there beyond standard disagreement. (You can see me talking less as this goes on. I'm falling asleep I think) Stick. Good analysis of the Archer situation. I like their thoughts. And since it's between them and Matrim who doesn't feel like they've done much I'll go with Matrim for now. I'll probably regret this because I am very, very tired right now and I won't be able to get on tomorrow at all to reconsider but I think Stick has contributed more. Szeth. Has done absolutely nothing. A solid question mark. Mint. Popped up once as a confused person but like Szeth has done absolutely nothing. I'm a little suspicious of the overstated vote confusion because haven't they played before? I clicked on their profile and they've played. They voted in that game and stuff. But cycle one is hard, so I guess it could be nothing. JNV. Me! I haven't really done much to be honest. Probably not trustworthy when this tired, honestly. But I'm almost done, so who needs sleep? (Me. I need sleep) Amanuensis. I like their Archer take and their Matrim reasonings even if some of the Matrim reasonings seem slightly overstated but kind of because of the overstatement? Elims are less confident in my experience? Then again, that was a different environmnt so... Thaidakar. I know I said the extreme newbie bit was strange but at this point, it's probably not a bit. Good luck to you in your attempt to glean understanding and try to stand on your own opinions instead of just following other people Orlok. Hasn't posted. Hopefully you join us soon! Dannnex. (Is it just me or is that more n's than last time I saw that name?) Has done nothing. A ton of people posted while I was working on this. Nothing too important except that role claim. Matrim's role implies the existence of items in general and also the ability of Epic roles to be condensed into a neat little item? Or does it mean that you get a random item of a set that is easily itemable from any Epic? If anyone is willing to confirm the existence of items, that could make Matrim's role more plausible. Then again, this might be the only item source. @Matrim's Dice can your role be used more than once per dead Epic? If another Scientist also targeted the same dead Epic, would you both get an item? Is there a time limit on dead Epic conversion to item form or can it be used on any corpse no matter how long its been? And it is a lot later than I planned for and I've been working on this for four hours and I have homework and I have to wake up early tomorrow so I'll see you on the other side of the cycle and hope it all ends well! Good night!

Many people had hobbies in their spare time. Some played cards. Some stabbed people. Others, like Eiro, had plants. Well, used to have plants. They had joined an expedition to a place with no plants. A terrible decision made in a moment of weakness at the thought of penguins. Penguins. Fluffy penguins. Little feathers. Penguins. But were penguins worth plants? Eiro couldn't decide. Antarctica had no plants. But penguins. But plants. Good thing they still had flowers. They didn't know how they would live without those flowers. The world was frozen, but the flowers weren't. The flowers were still perfectly intact. Eiro loved the flowers. In hindsight, how had they gotten on this expedition? Everyone else seemed to know what they were doing. Maybe they had missed a briefing. Or maybe they'd snuck aboard. To be fair, they could see themself doing both of those things. They were very forgetful. At least they had flowers. And maybe penguins! Penguins! Penguins! PENGUINS!!! The sweet scent of the flowers cut through the penguin daze, and they blinked. Was there something happening? Everyone looked so serious. Had they missed something? Maybe flowers would help. Eiro walked up to the first solemn person they found and tugged on their sleeve. "Would you like a flower?" (This is an invitation for anyone who wants to RP! Eiro is a small child with perfectly healthy flowers!) Hi! Good to be here. I've read through what's there, and I'm a little suspicious of Thaidakar because they seem almost too clueless if that makes sense? Like if they've read the rules at all they'd know some of this stuff and I don't think someone would play without reading the rules? But I guess that could happen so I won't vote them for now. They even say they read the rules and are still confused. I don't remember being that confused my first time. But whatever. Could be a confused rookie (like I'm not a rookie. Ha) All the stuff so far just seems like shots in the dark and joking and I don't feel anything from that so I'll just post this and see everyone later bye!

Hi! This game seems pretty cool! I'd like to sign up. I'll be Eiro, a kid who runs up to strangers and gives them flowers.

This was a lot of fun! There were a few hiccups, but overall it was a great game. I feel kind of bad for Striker for losing his role like that and maybe there should be something to preven tthat and also making the kill a role for no reason seemed a bit weird but the game seemed like it could ahve been very even if we hadn't gotten lucky. Also te jailer seemed kind of useless cause I don't see why there wouldn't be a vote so... Thanks @Karnatheon for killing Archer and @Archer for great analysis and a bunch of peope I'm forgetting for doing good things and @Tani for GMing the game! It was great. I really enjoyed playing and I think I'll stick around!

Hi! I won't be on tomorrow. Sorry! I started as Edgedancer and now I guess I'm a Lightweaver which is neat Dannnex seems odd but not elim odd more like Messenger odd I'm kind of tempted to vote Jungle and kill two birds but I kind of like Archer But also! A conspiracy theory! I don't think thered be two Edgedancers. There's only one kill around that can be healed since it can't work on Messenger Skybreaker or Stoneward kills. I'm basically confirmed original Edgedancer so I want to vote Experience because they claimed a village role and haven't been attacked. I don't see why the elims would go for Striker because they couldn't know my role which was then Striker's and Striker wasn't very memorable because I can't remember what they did Alternatively! If Dannex is the Messenger, could you kill Experience for me? Thanks! I appreciate it! Edited because I just remembered that I had a question. @Tani If the Shardbearer is voted out will the assassin become the Shardbearer like with filter kills or will the rebels just sort of be dead?

Does that mean if the loyalists or rogues kill the other faction the game will go on until the ghostbloods alive win or lose? Also Szeth cause they are suspicious and killing them doesnt really hurt us Cool. Mind explaining the Karnatheon vote then? Maybe I'm just clever! Or maybe it was a little obvious. Pick the one that makes you feel better. To be fair, I did reread the thread a lot so there was a bit of a delayed reaction and time to think Edited to say that this is probably my last post of the night and I probably wont be able to get on before the cycle ends because school so I'll see you on the other side I guess

Indirect implication of Illwei getting results of action when information is all public except that role. If you didn't mean it that way just say so please I dont feel like deciphering tone at the moment Also Archer is being kind of weird again so I think deceive
