  1. have y'all heard about the Crosbys? Like, Clair Crosby and Dave Crosby?
  2. "I know Calano. I know he'd be happy to forgive you." He outstretched a hand towards her, "Come on, let's start fixing this mess." Thaidakar smiled warmly, the glow in his eyes fading. A voice whispered in his head, Champion... kill her now... DO IT! Thaidakar cringed, putting one hand on his head, fighting it. The connection to the clinic strengthened him. He fought the Dark Entity and barely one in a matter of moments. that was better. He smiled again, continuing to outstretch his hand for Emma to take.
  3. Thaidakar... grinned? "I am not weak... I just know... I just happen know voices, spider. Or, rather, should I say... Emma?" Thaidakar's arm exploded with flames. The energy of the Dark Entity burst around his wrist, throwing the Kaos metal back. Thaidakar jumped back at the same time and said calmly, "We are similar, Emma, very similar... I think that we both can be... redeemed. Think of your husband. Think of Calano. Don't you want to still have a life with him? You can stop this... right here, right now. I, Thaidakar, Soulless and Champion of the Dark Entity, leader of the Clinic by Calano's orders, declare that if you stop this and come back to the light, you will receive official pardon and will be welcomed back with open arms. I believe that this is an offer you might not be inclined to throw away." Thaidakar smiled good naturedly, "Perhaps we, the ones who've come back from darkness, can start a therapy group. I think the cat would like to join it and help us all..."
  4. "I control the power, for now. I plan to find a way to give away my powers and become one of the Creator's servants." Thaidakar wielded the power, throwing balls of fiery energy at the Emma-spiderling-demon.
  5. Middle earth. Well, I'd live there because, well, it's middle earth. What's not to love? Depends
  6. Thaidakar was pushed back a few steps, but he continued pushing with greater force, "My god... my god isn't the one who's power I wield... I serve the Creator as best I can with the best of my abilities." Power started filling Thaidakar more as he grinned. The... entity couldn't stop him. He readied to use the power that he used to destroy a realm to destroy the spider and Kaos... and... and... the spider was thrown back by a sudden burst of energy, but nowhere near the scale of what Thaidakar wanted to happen. He tilted his head, "Now of all the times to not just blow everything up. What the heck is wrong with my powers..."
  7. Clinic: Roof Thaidakar blasted the tiger away from whoever they were being attacked by. Thaidakar turned to the spider, "You will fail her, spiderling, spider-person, spider-demon, spider- ya know what, I'm just going to continue the fight." Thaidakar reached up, power spewing forth from his hand and catching the blades. Thaidakar gritted his teeth as he pushed the blades back at the spider. This wouldn't hold too long, but it was something.

    I finished the Wingfeather Saga

    Spoiler

    JAAAANNNNEEEEERRRR!

    I loved it.

My only major complaint is that they foreshadowed so much about Janner and Sara. They would've been the best together. They should've met again before Janner's sacrifice. That and only that would've made this book perfect.

Anyways, 61 notifications. Besides responses to my SUs, what did I miss?

  9. Oh my gosh, how could I forget.

I finished North or be Eaten and Monster in the Hollows. I LOVED THEM. North or Be Eaten is my fave. I'm reading Warden and the Wolf King.

    Spoiler

I guessed that the fangs were people early on in book two.

Fork Factory was a fun part of the book.

    Janner and Sara forever.

Kalmar is the best. And whoever says otherwise will be promptly executed by the warriors of the Hollows.

Squoon... Learning about what he was motivated by in the parts of Warden and the Wolf king is really interesting... Squoon was one of my faves in book three until the end.

I also started watching the Wingfeather Saga show. The first episode was pretty good, better than I expected.

On other news, I went to a church dance tonight. I danced with a few people. Why do girls move around in packs? Is it just to ward us guys off...? or some other strange reason like actually wanting to talk with their friends... Can't be that. (Just so you know, I'm being sarcastic.)

Nah, its not weird wanting someone you had fun with to text you . But if you mean that you were weird and that's why you think she didn't text you then I think that is a terrible reason to not text someone. Being weird is a beautiful thing.  I might be a bit biased however as I most definitely fall into the "weird" category.

I honestly don't care that much about it. It confused me more than anything.

      Anyway, Jenga > dancing.

      Thaidakar the Ghostblood

      I agree.

Jenga is better than dancing. But getting your friends to dance with other friends that they don't know is way way way more fun than Jenga. (Then again, I wouldn't know, but I think it would be more fun)

  10. "Bind points? I don't know what the rusts you just said. But if Wizard said it in his right state, it must be very important indeed." Thaidakar blasted another K-tiger.
  11. I'm rewatching Avengers Endgame.

    And...

    Avengers!

    ...

    ...

    ...

    Assemble!

Anyways, I'm watching the Hishe for infinity war and endgame now. Finished it a minute ago.

The first time I watched it was on a long car ride in the middle of the night, my siblings were laughing at me the whole time.

  12. Thaidakar looked up, "I'm here!" He ran towards Platypus, blasting one of the K-tigers away from Platypus. The K-tiger he hit starts to melt from the blood red fire.
  13. I'm going to watch the finale for season three sometime soon.
  14. Thaidakar smiled, "My pleasure to be annoying to you, tiger." Thaidakar nodded, "Alright. And, Lark, stay safe." Thaidakar looked at the tiger and grinned, "Oh, tiger, you can't be Wizard, Wizard had good looks and you clearly don't." Thaidakar ran off towards TAAron. @The Aspiring Archivist
  15. Phineas and Ferb is the best kids show. And teenager and adult's show for that matter...
  16. As others have said, Kaladin isn't necessarily a coward. He has mental health issues. Saying he's a coward for freezing up is just kind of... for lack of a better word, stupid. Now, I have read a lot of what y'all have said and I see both points here. But saying that Test is dead because Kaladin can't do what he needs to protect the people who deserve it? I get what you're saying, but who in actuality could do that? It was a point in RoW where Kaladin DIDN'T KNOW that Moash was going to be there. He didn't know that Teft would be in actual danger of dying. Kaladin, also, was in the middle of a fight with the persuer and had to focus. That point of your argument is bad. Jezrien dying also wasn't Kaladin's fault. Teft and Pheondora wasn't Kaladin's fault. It was Moash's. Yes, Kaladin could've killed Moash. But Kaladin has mental health issues and you have to understand that. Yes, it's a major point of RoW that Kaladin is removed from duty EXACTLY FOR THAT. RoW is about Kaladin coming to terms with the fact that he can't save everyone. Can you accept that he can't save everyone? (Sorry if that paragraph was sloppily written) For other things you say, I get what you're saying and why you would think that. But I, respectfully, disagree almost entirely. (The above paragraph and sentence being a response to the first post) Yes, others have suffered worse things than losing a brother. But that's not all Kaladin endured. He, through out the books, struggles with losing people. The whole bridge four stuff and past enslavement for example. He's lost more people that Teft. And another reason why Kaladin doesn't react like the others is because he hasn't really had time to process it (well, by RoW time he has sort of, but he's been losing men in battles and such, so any argument could be made about that point). It's been hit after hit for him. Again, you do say that it's in relation to Moash. And, there, you do have a good point. At the same time, however, Kaladin still thinks of Moash deep down as one of his men. as a friend. No matter how much he tries, he'll see his old friend there. I think a plot point in book five might be that Kaladin kills Moash and finally gets over all this. Sorry for the big post. Kaladin is one of my faves, as most people say, and I have a lot of thoughts about all this. Feel free to disagree with everything I say.
  17. "Young pup? I am thousands, millions perhaps, years old. I haven't really been counting..." Thaidakar turned quickly, seeing the tiger dodging. Thaidakar blasted it away from Lark and himself using a beam of seemingly molten energy. @The Wandering Wizard

I can see why someone would really like math.

I, for one, don't like doing it.

  19. "What's the difference!" The whispers in his mind stirred, "You have failed them all... you could've saved them before... but you were weak... you didn't stop it from making you kill her..." Thaidakar dismissed the whispers. Not now. He gritted his teeth and smiled at the darkness, "I've been here before. Every day of my life." He blasted the darkness away from them with the blood red flames. He turned, saw Bookwyrm and laughed, "this is going to be one heck of a fight!"
  20. "Mortals? I'm not a mortal..." he growled at the tiger, blood red fire forming at his feet and around his eyes. Thaidakar turned, "You are quite the cat, cat." Thaidakar turned, blasting more skeletons with beams of firey energy.
  21. The Clinic: Calano's Office, The Hallways, The Stairway, The Roof As if waking from a daze, Thaidakar moved, cursing. Something odd had happened... the sides of his vision were tainted red. Time had... lost focus, apparently. Thaidakar rubbed his forehead, this was bad... then he remembered. The Pillar. Oh no. Thaidakar looked it up on his laptop's copy of the archives and clinic records. The clinic could die if the pillar was destroyed... Thaidakar gritted his teeth. He ran outside, going up the hallway. He ran up the stairs as fast as he could, blasting some skeletons with his watch as he went. He ran up the stairs to the final floor. There was a large hallway with two staircases up to the rooftop, they happened to be flooded with skeletons. Thaidakar cursed loudly. They turned to him. A taller one smiled wickedly, or would have if skeletons could smile. They ran at him. Thaidakar cursed again, raising his watch and blasting a few with beams of energy. The watch sputtered, blasting a few times but starting to give out. Blasted thing, he'd used it too much. But, Thaidakar had to find a way to defend the clinic; Calano had left it in his hands. He had to do what he had to do to defend it. Thaidakar took a deep breath as he blocked another skeleton's attack barely using his watch. It was time to test how far his sanity stretched. An inhuman voice whispered in Thaidakar's head, "finally... my champion." Thaidakar ignored it, his eyes bursting with red light. The skeletons tilted their heads, what was this? Thaidakar took another breath, readying himself. "I... I suppose it's time to do this again." he muttered to himself. The power agreed, ready to do its master's bidding once more. As Thaidakar began to reach for it, he realized that the power itself wasn't bad, it was the being who wanted to take over the Soulless that was. Thaidakar's skin burst alight with blood colored fire. He grinned and shouted, "FOR THE CLINIC! FOR CALANO!" What happened next was something Thaidakar would later refer to as "it would've been a blood bath, except that skeletons don't have blood." Thaidakar leapt into the air and hung there for a moment. Then, he jumped into the midst of them. Power burst forth from him. Flames and pure power. The skeletons were thrown back, starting to be consumed by the blood-red flames. Thaidakar stood up in a now large empty circle around him. Some of the skeletons started to get up again, and their comrades who were still on the stairway started coming back down. Thaidakar grinned, this was going to be a lot of fun. He raised his arms and started blasting the skeletons with fast beams of red fire, burning several up and throwing them around. Bones scattered, breaking. Thaidakar leapt up the stairway, propelled by his power. It was as if he suddenly had access to an infinite well of energy. it was exhilarating, pushing him to destroy, pushing him to use it. Thaidakar blasted skeletons as he went up the stairway, yelling. They managed to scrape him, slicing his arm once or twice, but he didn't care. He would be able to heal up later. His glasses were covered in red flame and stuck to his face, thankfully. He burst onto the roof with a spray of bones and kool-aid red flames. Thaidakar laughed as he flew up into the air, sort of, fire blasting underneath him. He arced through the air, blasting large groups of skeletons. A bunch of onyx tigers attacked him as he landed not too far from the pillar. Thaidakar cursed, blasting them with beams of energy. He grabbed one by the neck and summoned a small blade made of pure energy from the Dark Entity whose energy he used. He stabbed the tiger in the brain and moved on, fighting more. He noticed Lerac and Shark and ran over, carving a path with his flaming energy towards them and the pillar. He blasted a group of skeletons away from the pillar. "Thought you guys could have some fun without me?" Thaidakar asked Shark as he reached them, blasting an onyx tiger away from him. @That1Cellist @The Aspiring Archivist @The Wandering Wizard
