Szeth Pancakes

Back in the times before the Recreance, three factions of Radiants met to settle a dispute. The first faction marched under the banner of the spear and sword; the second under the axehound and bow, and the third raised the flag of the cauldron and rope.

At sunset, each of the factions sent their squires to battle out their argument. The first bore five squires: three Willshapers and two Windrunners. The second had four: three Lightweavers and one Edgedancer. The third only had one; a Bondsmith. Unsurprisingly, as the dust settled and the sun disappeared from the sky, the only squire remaining was the Bondsmith. The squire of the high pot and noose equals the sum of the squires of the other two sides.
