    The movie has the people do impractical stuff (like ride on top of a ridge and learn stuff after hearing it once) and it destroyed any possibility for there to be a sequel that actually follows the books much (if at all) and it bugs me and my sister. And when Brom was lighting the fire he was supposed to curse Brisingr so nobody would know what he was doing, not just up and say it as if it were actually important. It bugs me. The book is better than the movie - it's more practical and iirc it does emotions better. It also does learning better. I mostly like the Inheritance cycle. There are bits I dislike, but that happens with most series.

    Bort for now. Ed1t: Now that I've caught up... I apologize for the inconvenience, this was all a misunderstanding. Araris told Baker something about picking color, and I assumed Baker had talked. I'm sorry, this was all a misread on my part, and you should listen to Baker. The only things that happened C2 in the doc were the thing with Illwei about telling who was in the Rose Empire, Striker getting a bit sussed and saying he kept forgetting TJ was in the game, and Illwei dying.

    Not that I remember, but I'm willing to go back and check, looking for that specifically, if you like. Why? Are you willing to share your reasoning? Ed1t: At this time, I don't think Kas is bad. Would you be willing to share your reasons why you think Kas is bad so the plague can spread I can try to understand, have more information, and perhaps use that information to develop suspicions? Ed2t: What language-thing is this and how do I learn it it looks cool.

    I don't think you understood. I voted Araris because, in the doc, someone said they didn't want our empire revealed, and it was in Araris' color. I voted Baker because, in the doc, someone used a color that wasn't theirs, and I thought it might have been Baker who said they didn't want our empire revealed, using Araris' color accidentally. (It was words, not pics of bread.) I voted Illwei because, in the doc, someone said they didn't want our empire revealed and said why, and Illwei admitted to being the one to not want her empire revealed. She also gave a reason that I didn't really understand. (Since when was TMI bad for the village when the elims already had the info?) Now is it clear? Sorry, I'm being frustrated right now because I thought I already explained this.

    Either that one race of blue things with scythe tails from the Animorphs series or some race where the people can sprout wings and/or turn into birds. Preferably the really cool ones like hawks or crows, but any bird would be awesome If you could have one "superpower" or access to one fantasy magic system, which would it be?

    Actually I skimmed the thread, thought I'd accidentally started a giant bus with a flimsy reason, so unvoted. After all, how would you be analyzing my flimsy reason vote if I hadn't retracted it and Illwei'd flipped vil? I worry about the people I help kill flipping vil and me getting elimread from it, especially if the reason I voted doesn't seem sturdy to the rest of yous.

    I am a foolish child at times... unvoting Illwei because folk said my reason was weird is one of those times... HOWEVER it wasn't the reason you thought it was. That wasn't actually my reason to vote the one who said they didnt want the info out, that was the reason why I voted Baker, thinking it was Baker who said they didn't want the info out. My reason was actually that I thought it would be more likely for vil folk to not particularly care or to want the thread to know who was in the group, and more likely for elim folk to think the opposite. If it drew attention to an elim I'm not sorry.
