    For 1 and 4 (and maybe others idk it depends on what you mean and your point of view) you can look at GURPS. (there's this cool thing with GURPS damage where damage is multiplied if the weapon goes deep enough. Idk enough about other TTRPG systems to know if there's that thing in other systems too.)
