    Sorry misinterpretation, They can interact anywhere but in SH we see Leras in the Cognitive They are usually only in spiritual I would believe but you could see them in Cognitive when they interact their WoB

    SH spoilers below When Ati dies in the end of SH he looks around and confuses Scadrial with the mysterious ‘Vax’ I have a question which I think is answered in the book but I don’t have it on me Is this pre-catacendre or post-catecendre?
