I MAY OR MAY NOT HAVE SCREAMED IN DELIGHT WHEN I SAW IT ON MY DOORSTEP
Anyway
I went roller skating for the first time ever today. I saw my friend that I haven’t seen in a long time (who is a Sanderfan!!!!!) at the skating rink so we hung out the entire time we were there. No, I can’t skate without clinging to the wall in a death grip (that’s an exaggeration), but at least I didn’t die!

Sure, making a friend and gaining the trust of a random person might take a few years, but we can deal with that, right? Or, because my magic stuff has a bit to do with plants, maybe I can interest him in my magics and we can, like, trade favors or something. I give him a demonstration of my abilities, and he gives up the magic cactus.”

Depends on the time I wake up. 5:40 AM? Never. 9:00 AM? good sleep. 1:00 PM? I’d rather sleep till the next morning. TPBM likes to lay in bed and daydream just for the heck of it.

In the campaign I'm in
An honorable paladin
Stole 2 gold pieces from a rogue
and the rogue didn't notice
And then when the DM told the paladin the consequences of breaking his honorable oath
He gave the gold back to the rogue then asked for money from her because she stole some squid ink from him earlier even though his character technically didn't know about it
It was hilarious

Wow. I can't believe I've been on here for two years.
All of you have been amazing friends and have definitely made a positive impact on my life. It certainly doesn't feel like I've been on here for long, but I definitely hope to be on here longer.
It kind of feels weird- when I joined, a lot of the people I interacted with were only on here for a year or less, sometimes two years. Now I'm one of the people who have been on here a long time.
A lot has happened since I joined, and it just makes me wonder how much more will happen in the future.
Also normal status update:
I only got 4.5 hours of sleep last night because our oven broke so we couldn't make dinner so we went out to eat. When we asked for the check, the waiter said that another person paid for our meal entirely (And we're a family of 6 so it was not cheap). That good samaritan also gave us a gift card for that restaurant with $200 bucks on it. I'm honestly still in shock. By the time we got home, it was after midnight so by the time I fell asleep, it was around 1 am. And I have to get up at 5:40 AM, so I almost fell asleep several times during school. Fun.

SpoilerTress of the Emerald Sea is now in my top 3 favorite books of all time. I loved it so much and we need to see more Hoid-narrated things. The artwork is stunning, the characters are awesome, and I loved the “not-like-other-girls” trope that was played with. 999/10, would recommend.

EmLee awoke from her nap, head still hurting ever so slightly. She decided getting up and being productive would be a better option than laying around, feeling sorry for herself. She went down to the lobby, where she saw the research mission she had signed up for. Dress code: Cloaks, tunics, boots, gloves, and top hats. Sounds snazzy, with the top hats and everything. She ran back up to her room, shuffling through her closet. She picked out a black cloak that shone purple in certain lights; a deep blue tunic with white embroidery around the edges; a white leather braided belt; a nice pair of leather boots ornamented with dainty buckles and elegant silver charms; stylish blue wool gloves with carved wooden buttons; finally, for the cherry on top, a black top hat with a bright pink band around the base, with a single red poppy flower tucked in. Perfect. After changing, EmLee found the portal to the mission and stepped through.

EmLee widened her eyes. “What are you doing? You’ll hurt yourself!”

“Is this for me?” She accepted the treat. “Thank you.”

EmLee opened it, looking surprised. “Hi! How can I help you?”

EmLee withdrew from his mind and opened her eyes. She curled up into fetal position, hyperventilating. “That,” She said in a strained tone, “was not fun. I think I’m going to go and take a nap.” On her way to her room, she decided to take a quick detour to add her name to the research team sign-up.
