  1. Hello @Divergent! Thing's going on: a lot of power roles have died, but coinshot is alive, though a kill was missing last time, we don't know why, everyone is a smoker, and also we decided that I'm confirmed village. I think that's about it.
  2. I do not like that switch on Jo at all Says the one who's left me on read
  3. I'd be careful about dead player mechanics tbh. A lot of people look forward to the dead doc, but if there's interactions/rezzing, you might not be able to include it, which leads to dead player inactive, which in turn makes the mechanic not work as well.
  4. I'm planning on doing VA on the drive back tonight, but that's going to be at or during rollover. I don't want to keep going after ties at this point, especially because people keep ruining them. I also haven't gotten a lot of vibe reads, so I'm kinda a fish in the water right now. I didn't like the tone of this line: Especially considering the content around it. So Doc12 in case I don't get enough VA done by rollover
  5. Just realized I haven't posted. I'm at a wrestling tournament right now so a bit busy. Losing TJ sucks, did anyone have a PM with him where he divulged his n1 scan? I wonder if there's a world where he told who he scanned, then the elims got wind of it from there to push his exe. Probably too convoluted though. I'm planning on doing a full vote analysis by Sunday at the latest. All this tie breaking and making is generally a good source of info if you look at it.
  6. I don't like voting on vibes then happening to vote on the lead train *TUO will (probably not let's be honest) remember this* For now on the other hand, ties! |TJ|
  7. I'd bet on the elims being scared of Fura's info gathering and killing her Also, apparently my assessment of the Rioting situation was wrong. It seems Hoid moved IHAT or a Stick voter to Araris, and a Soother was responsible for the other one
  8. This dude named Occam told me it was true, so it must be The vote losses and gain match a Riot perfectly. It's possible the Rioter was a Stick voter and moved IHAT, but voting for you then moving a vote away is odd, and honestly elim behavior
  9. BTW, generally you can't delete/hide posts, even if posting it was a mistake My guess is that simplest explanation is best, IHAT rioted a Stick voter to Araris. That means IHAT/Stick are decently e/e. That's not guaranteed though, especially considering how volatile votes were at the end. That also implies we don't have a Soother, which is interesting. Drake said CC start off btw
  10. That was certainly a game of all time @Alvron, wanna go tie chasing? Stick.
  11. The question is, does failing to give a derp clear earn you a derp clear? I feel like it. No way some pretends to not know a rule while also correcting someone else, right? Hesitant positive on TJ
  12. That feeling when you keep refreshing, but don't get the elim PM
  13. We're waiting on @DrakeMarshall to post at this point.
  14. Yep, remnant from when the game wasn't going to end yet.
  15. LG109 - Aftermath: Ruin’s Own Luck Dedri sighed, glancing at the parlimentary hall. How far it had fallen. The spies had revealed themselves, and yet the noble lords had been too weak to kill them. Or Venture's supporters too cunning. He could see them now, picking their way through the chamber, their loyalties openly shown. They had total control of the Assembly now. Tomorrow, they would send a parley to Venture's horde. The day after, Straff would likely be crowned king of Luthadel, and the next day, there would be a new Lord Ruler. He turned, noticing Elend. He looked thin, stooped, as if caring weight on his shoulders. No wonder. He was essentially powerless in his court, the one thing every king dreads. No matter how much the people love you, the aristocrats are those who make a king great. "My Lord." he said quietly. "I'm . . . sorry. I failed you." "Dedri?" Elend glanced at him. Rusts, he had been crying. "No you're fine. It's . . . not you I'm disappointed in." Dedri nodded. "The Lords." "No. Myself. R2D2, Markus . . .they're my fault. I banished them. I stripped them of their titles. I failed them. Them and the Empire." "With all due respect, sir, no blame lies on you. You carried out the will of the Assembly." "I was led." Elend replied, a sharp note of bitterness in his voice. "I was a puppet." Dedri nodded slightly. Useless denying that. Useless denying the truth. "Elend, I . . . I want out." Elend recoiled at the abruptness of Dedri's request. "I'm sorry?" "Sir, I . . . I don't feel safe here anymore. I want out. Can you reassign me? Somewhere calm, peaceful?" "I . . . yes, Dedri. You've been faithful to the last. I'll give you an estate and everything. My father had a lovely piece of property, in the Southern Dominance . . . " "That will do nicely, my Lord." "Indeed. It has a town attached, even. Tyrian Falls. A peaceful place. Perfect for a new start." Dedri grinned, in spite of himself. Tyrian Falls. He liked the name. Perhaps he could do some good there. "Thank you, my Lord." Then, he turned, and, taking his leave of the nobles, left the city of Luthadel. ~ Another day. Another coin flip. The nobles were once again in a deadlock. The skaa seemed just as divided, so it once again came down to chance. They now cowered when Vin arrived. She tossed the coin into the air before even reaching the ground. She laughed upon seeing who it had chosen. “You're a lucky one, Lord Booknewt.” Lord Hoid began begging, but he was cut off by a coin ramming through his throat. As Lord Hoid died, Lord Booknewt responded, "One might even say, lucky as Ruin himself." With the codeword, men sprang up from among the crowd, the nobles, and even Elend's guards. They proved too much for the Mistborn, and the square was soon bathed in blood. Tin Capone walked over to the Loyalists. "Well done. I had begun to think you wouldn't pull it off." "You have our thanks, "Lord" Capone, and your payment will arrive shortly," Lord Booknewt replied. "What of my other payment?" Tin Al asked, his men turning from the slaughter to watch the Loyalist Lords. Their numbers seemed quite small indeed when not bolstered by the Mobborn. Uncertainty crossed Lord Booknewt's face. He hadn't thought he would have to fulfill this part of the deal, but his numbers had been thinned by the riots and Mistborn's efforts. "Of course, of course," he said, taking the more intelligent path, "the Metal Mob will be unhindered in its activities within the Steel Empire, in perpetuity." Tin Capone smiled. "Pleasure doing business with ya." ~ Hoid has been executed! Hoid was a New Lord. Votecount: Booknewt (3): Ksauce, Hoid Hoid (3): Newt, Akimiko Congratulations to the elims for pulling it off! I think everyone knows them by now, but @IcedOutPenguin, @Akimikoisthecutest, and @Booknewt pulled out a win despite getting two of their members scanned. I guess Booknewt had to get all that luck to counterbalance Sart's. Thank you @TwinStorm for helping to make and run this game, some things came up to make rollover hard for you, but that's why you brought me on. It was great working and chatting with you. GM thoughts from me to hopefully come tomorrow or Tuesday, I'm not sure for Twinstorm. Players: Documents:
