"Are you alright?" Cara asked cautiously, taken aback at his sudden determination to leave. "And...where do we need to go?"

Cara wandered over to Orpheus. "Whatcha doing?" @Knight of Iron

"Why do you think the new prophet is here?"

"Are we safe here now?"

"What if they don't want to lead the continent? How do you know there will be chaos without a prophet?"

"What if the prophet doesn't want to be with you guys though? What if that is why the new prophet is hiding?"

"Why do you care about the prophets?"

So two fighters. Belle warily glanced at the person the monk was looking at. "Are you trying to find the lost prophet?"

"Yeah, it does. How old are you?"

"Acrobat"

Belle paused. "I will neither confirm nor deny. Nice to meet you." She had only just met Taniala, but Belle kind of felt like she could trust her. She didn't trust that feeling, though.

"I'm Belle. What were you guys talking about?"

Note to self: Make better thought out and believable back-up people. Susie, the artist? Obviously, that didn't work. Also, I need to work on my acting skills. Belle sighed. Not really much point to lie to them now. "What were you guys doing?"

"Uh...Why would you think I'm lying?" Belle asked nervously.

That is one scary looking stick. Heart thumping, Belle looked up at the monk innocently. "No, no, I'm just...people watching. It's a hobby of mine. I didn't mean to be rude or anything. I use it, uh, for inspiration, you see...I'm an artist."

Belle noticed the group looking at her. Uh, oh...I was too obvious wasn't I? She took a piece of paper out of her coat pocket and review its contents. A back-up person. She used them for when she needed to pretend she was someone else, which happened a lot these days. She went over her back-up person's information in her head just in case she needed it.

Belle leaned against an old building while watching the strange monk person converse with another stranger. Her eyes searching for danger. What are they doing? Is the monk here because of all of the lost prophet stuff everyone is fussing about? Or is it something else? Belle kept her eye on them while she dusted the hair off of her coat. She had just cut her hair with her knife, leaving it just long enough to go down to her chin. Her hair had grown too long to take care of. It was more practical shorter anyway. Belle refocused her attention to her surroundings and the strange monk.

Cara watched Ara head back towards Exodus, longing in her eyes. Ara was leaving now, forever probably despite her promise. Banishing the thoughts from her head, Cara turned back to Ni. "I'll be right back." Cara walked over to where The Shadow was talking with the librarian and a stranger. "Hey, The Shadow, how long are we staying here for? Also, who is new person you found?"

"Hmm...good question. His name is Ni." Cara gently nudges Ni. "You okay?"

Cara stood in silence, staring at the dragon. It's kind of gross. Why is Ni so interested in it? Cara thought. Why do I even care? He'll be gone soon...

"Ok..." He's definitely unique. Cara thought. He'll be leaving me soon, though. Everyone does eventually... Unsure of what to say, Cara asked. "Did you know him?"
