    The “pt-” in “pterodactyl” makes the “te” sound. The “-ough” in “though” makes the “oh” sound. The “neigh-” in “neighbor” makes the “nay” sound. So, following that set of English grammar rules, the name “Tony” can be spelled as “Ptoughneigh.”
