I was non-binary in a non-LGBTQ way man I kinda hated back then but I was always like, kinda feminine I always saw myself as semi-female

No my life has been like I've identified as non-binary since 2023 and then when I went over to mafia I started identifying as female online. IRL, it's kinda different. But I didn't even know it was trans at the time. It was just me.

my life is tragic idk if gender needs to be involved I was always hurt as a child if I behaved too much like a girl and my parents went great lengths to shame me whenever I considered expressing things that weren't masculine (i.e long hair)

a lot of people don't really understand how trans/queer people in general work and well they have misguided beliefs cause of that. For example, the DSM-IV had homosexuality listed as a pathological disease. A lot of people see being trans or queer as a sort of malaise- their child is cishet by default in their "healthy" state, and then when they deviate from that default they search for a cause/source or a cure

yeah but it'll hurt the program and I can't do that. Not all parents like LGBTQ people and a lot of people see trans people as creeps unfortunately

Yeah I learned lol I have lots of training around kids with disabilities though. I (think) I do a good job in interacting with them and giving them attention and flexibility they need and wouldn't be opposed to going into something related to that
