Yes, exactly. I realized that later and mentioned it in an edit. But giving people time to still challenge anyway would have worked out, too, since he only had 1 card. If someone challenged, then Negative would have had to reveal their current card as either Ambassador or not. If Ambassador, then giving the choices was fine.
