Very well, I will try my best to avoid geeking out about what I learn from Shadiversity in the future. although I can't make any promises about other sources. Also a fun fact, I only discovered that Brandon Sanderson and Shad worked together AFTER I started enjoying their content individually.

I'm just saying, if you're going to do it, then do it right. I know a video that explains how exactly a back-scabbard would work, along with the pros and cons of using one.

Chokes on the water that I definitely was drinking. Double checking, you know if you want a scabbard on your back that you can draw a sword from, then you'll need a custom scabbard that's crafted in a specific way; not to mention practice drawing, and more more importantly putting it away, right?

Arthur looked up after the two had left, he gestured for his associates to help him pack things up. "The young woman, Melody was nice. It's unfortunate that she's stuck with that idiot, she can and should do so much better." And this is where I drop Arthur until he becomes relevant again.

"Do me a favor and make me not regret it any more than I already do for letting you walk away with the sword." Arthur started to pack up his things.

"Good." Arthur turned to Melody and said, "it's been wonderful chatting with you. If you ever get tired of following this buffoon around, then ask for me and I can get you a nice job. You know where the exit is Ellis, try not to upset anymore criminal organizations, I've found that it's bad for your health."

"I appreciate the offer Melody, but I have my place here." Arthur turned towards Ellis. "If you have any sense in you at all, don't loose that sword; It's worth quite a bit. Now, I believe that I also promised that I would keep the mafia off of your backs." Arthur gestured to his associate who just returned, who then produced two coin shaped pieces of metal. "Show these off if you're not knocked out first, and the mafia should turn another eye. However, it's influence is not infinite, and if you're caught actively working against us, then we'll have to nullify them. You got that?"

"How on Terra is this counting sword worth so much?! I should have had you bring me the Death Angels leader's head for this!" Arthur smacked his forehead. "Why did I have to make the counting before I had the blade appraised? I guess a contract is a contract then." He waved for his associate to hand over the sword.

Arthur looked towards Melody, "can you see why I'm so convinced that he's a bit of an idiot?" Just as Arthur finished his sentence his associate returned with the sword and a piece of paper in hand; he then handed the paper to Arthur. "Ah, so let's see what my appraiser says your blade is . . ." Arthur trailed off as he read the paper. "The Counter Fraud it, how on Terra do they think it's worth that much?!"

Arthur nodded as he wrote this information down. "Did you get a time?"

"Of course she is, I told you she would be."

Arthur barely looked up as he started writing a few things on the paper before Ellis started speaking."To report back for the first time, this sort of information can take multiple trips."

Arthur looked up. "Already? Well then, what do you have for me?" He then pulled out a fresh sheet of paper.

Arthur nodded, returning to his work. Gee, I wonder when Ellis will come back @Ookla the Channelknight.

Arthur thought about it for a second. "Before we do anything, we wait for my other associate. I'm not saying that we're leaving, I'm just saying that I'm considering it."

"Maybe, but I did say that I would keep you safe here. Letting you leave would be breaking the contract."

"He seemed fairly confidant when he left, so I assumed that he had some sort of experience with it. Well, nothing to be done about it now, we did make a contract." Arthur is one of those who believes in the spirit of the contract, and he told Ellis that Melody would be safe with him. He views that as part of the contract.

"Hmm? Oh, he was going to help me get information, then everything would be settled."

"See? You get it. People say we're lawless, but we just follow our own laws. Now, where is your friend?" By the way, you are really only getting one side of the story. In case you couldn't tell.
