So, my sister is getting foot surgery tomorrow. She's been having pain in her foot for a while, and none of the physical therapy or other treatments have worked. She hasn't been able to run for about six months, which is tough cuz she's normally really active and athletic. So hopefully it works and she can recover in time for my family to go back to the mission field in January. Prayers would be appreciated!

Oh my!! Best of wishes for your sister! Remind her to get lots of sleep and be relaxed. The surgery itself is out of your control but your approach to it isn't. You only make it worse before a surgery by being nervous. Be calm, know you will get through, and visualize yourself being better on the other side. We all believe in her!
