  1. "I can't talk about it here; I get the feeling you wouldn't want me to. I'll be in the medbay, come when you're ready." Queen returned to the medbay and sat down.
  2. Queen's eyes glimmered with joy. "Oh my gosh, yes! If there's time for that, it would be a dream come true!" Her smile flickered as she heard a familiar voice. "Is that...Fox?" She carefully went above deck, and, upon seeing Fox, her eyes and heart hardened, remembering the pain Fox had caused Nath. She forced down her emotions, approaching Fox and speaking softly. "I need to talk to you. As soon as possible. Privately."
  3. Oooh, that's a good one! Thanks, Nath!
  4. You're not dumb. Just don't become one of the Idiots.
  5. After Torao's breakdown, they had fallen asleep in the middle of the boat.
  6. "Bethany. You?" Bethany hopped up, holding her place with her left thumb and extending her free hand for a handshake.
  7. Queen was at a loss for words. (As evidenced by the extreme delay in response from her author.) "That would be incredible! How would we get idea around, though? We already have a lot on our plates..." Queen went over by Fadran, looking over his shoulder at the notebook.
  8. I'm going to say that in choir sometime. My choir director: [censored], were you singing? I couldn't hear you. Me: No, sorry, I was too busy yogurting. The whole choir: ...what.
  9. Bethany glanced up as the older girl walked past, giving her a smile before turning back to her book, adjusting the position she was holding it in, displaying the cover, just in case it was the book the girl was looking for.
  10. Your secret is safe with me.
  11. I know @revelryintheart's name!
  12. Potential careers, yes.
  13. Bethany curled up in a corner of the small library in the common room, a new book in her hands and a slight smile on her face. A steaming cup of apple cider sat cooling at her side, and her woven scarf of blue and bronze wrapped around her shoulders. She smiled as the wind whistled by the windows, the lullabye of Ravenclaw Tower. She had long since finished her homework, which sat neatly in the bag by her feet. She sighed contentedly, lost in the world of her book.
  14. @Channelknight Fadran
  15. Queen's hesitation was even longer this time. She wanted to tell Fadran, but knew that he likely wouldn't understand as she did, and may possibly develop anger or even hatred towards Fox. "I don't think I can tell you. At least, not now."
  16. Queen hesitates before responding, "Tired still, but other than that, fine. Is Fox awake yet? I have something I need to ask her."
  17. Queen's eyes fluttered open, and she sat upright in confusion. Where am I? Why am I rocking? Was I taken captive? Her heart rate slowly returned to a normal pace after she saw Fadran. He doesn't look worried, so we must be safe. And, even if we're not, I'm not alone. She quietly spoke up. "Where are we?"
  18. I don't math. Very fitting with your name, looks extremely complex. 9/10 so that I don't have to simplify.
  19. It just seems kind of pointless to me. I'm not planning on going into any career that will affect history much, so why do I need to know history? I get the point for politicians and those kinds of people; they need to learn what happened in the past to learn from the mistakes of those who came before. But, seriously, does a first-grade teacher need to know every detail about the Puritans? Or an actress? Or an interior designer?
  20. Good. I really don't like history.
  21. Hey, I also have an essay due on Monday! That's not stopping me! (Though it probably should...)
