Queen felt...only a little helpless. She was keeping an eye on Martin, but Martin wasn't doing anything, so she wasn't really doing anything. She knew she wasn't a great fighter, so entering the conflict would be a bad idea, but she couldn't stand sitting around doing absolutely nothing while everyone else fought. -
Torao cocked an eyebrow in confusion and concern. "You sound a little too excited about what sounds like a whole lot of danger."

Geronimo sighed. His garden gnomes were slacking. He'd have to acquire some more tonight. He went inside, slowly and carefully. If he was gonna be up all night, he'd better take a nap now.

"Well...that's...erm...something." Audra looked only a little concerned.

Audra was...wary of allowing a religious man into their group, to say the least, but she nodded and forced out an "It's fine with me."

Having nothing else to do, Leina wandered the castle in the hopes of running into someone friendly.

"Well, as you probably know, no one knows where the Artifacts are. Also, we're a group who at some point are going to go look for the Artifacts ourselves, so why would we help you?" Audra didn't like or trust religious people. Too many of them had tried to convert her in the past.

"I don't really know...anything about any of that. I know it's a combat school and... that's about it. And my pronouns are they/them." Torao smiled. "Thanks for asking. Not many people do; they tend to just assume I'm one or the other."

"Know?" Torao looked confused. "A-about what?"

Audra glanced around nervously. It's not like I'm getting any other offers... Giving in, she grimaced as she plucked one of her less singed feathers, handing it to the weird mud lady. She noticed the religious dude and whispered to her companions. "Whaddya think he's doing here?

"Torao." They held out their hand. "Nice to meet you."

Audra was only somewhat offended. "Well, it might be for something else!"

"Thing is, I dunno if I can trust you, either. How do I know you're not working with her to do some evil voodoo mud magic?"

Torao wasn't exactly sure why they'd decided to sign up for this combat school. Ever since they had gotten separated from Janice, Cadenza, Lloyd, Jay, and Aryanna, something had been...weird. They still had voices in their head, but the voices had kind of backed off, and Torao missed...something. This school was the best way they could think of to possibly find that something.

Audra looked suspiciously at the cauldron. "Uhhh... First of all, I don't know you so I dunno if I can trust you. For all I know you could use it to steal my identity. Second of all...uh...I actually don't have a second of all."

Audra looked at her in surprise. "Um...why?"

Leina finished all the rooms, returning to her quarters because she didn't know what else to do.
