  1. Fmpov TUN felt like the exe that was going to happen. You can say there was discussion besides him, but I'd say it didn't really matter when the talk of the last night/day existed. Imo this does point to more people pushing him or being silent being elims. Hopper is someone who i think elim equity rises with TUNs flip, ill pull reciepts when I'm back on comp and not sitting out here in the cold waiting for my friend to return my car keys that she confiscated last night.
  2. Honestly Ash is dropping in my reads. But yeah my issue is people I think are town are pushing TUN. But no one has been pushing back, more just idly nodding as things go on.
  3. Who do you trust right now? What info does TUN give us comparably to other people we might exe? EDIT: Did TUN campaign for it at all? Did polly? Did you? EDIT EDIT: Terris' comments about how TOW isn't a "surefire elim" so the wagon on them scares him and how TUN can't be kept around because he's suspicious are noted ngl
  4. I find it interesting that people seem to have decided yesterday that we were killing TUN today. Not a huge fan of pre planning that. While I agree we need to take people out of the running for the Armadillo seat, I don't know how I feel about specifically killing people in this format of sorts I do want TUN or the docmate to talk about the vote split in the doc for the sitter/discussion, but I don't necessarily agree that the elims would be gunning for election again. With the wincons being so many for the Elims in this game, I wouldn't expect them to try and run for seats more than try and discredit village sitters. If they elect and then depose an Amarillo seat that's also a win, and is more likely to happen imo than one of them gaining that seat/getting that far without. In general the people more timid/not wanting the seats is something I would associate with Elims rather than villagers. Not campaigning/wanting to rand it are things I would say fall under this category. That and being hesitant if asked why they wouldn't want the seat. Tldr id like the other person in TUN's ajah to shed some light on what they were all doing in the doc before n0 ended. Not only that but also I'd say we don't want anyone to be elected until the last minute. I know i said this before but. Sure they can then see all the docs but it wouldn't help when they get removed right after, only aiding the wincon of the Elims. They don't lose when someone is elected, only when they all die. Idk I'm on mobile right now I'm not going to proofread what I've typed. TwinStorm EDIT: Frankly i don't believe that people think TUN is the most suspicious person here. Especially in Ash's last post the urgency of exeing TUN feels out of place to me when there are plenty of other slots to talk about or pressure. You can say that there was other pressure but when the vote is seemingly as decided as it has been today then none of the other pressure is valid or countable.
  5. I assume it's been talked about already but the Azazel Chair- Just making sure we are all on the same page where I don't think we want to elect that/get a maj candidate until absolutely possible. there's a possibility that an Elim might win a 2/2 tie but even then they have to survive a deposition, and in that time we should be able to get all the elims. If we don't then we can depose but if we get someone up earlier and then realize we can't trust them and depose them, and then it turns out they're a villager then that's a loss. Atm I'm in favor of keeping joe in the running at the very least. Maybe Steel. @Aeternum Can you talk to me about what you liked about Twinstorm? My problem is I don't want to ignore their interactions with KA which seem pretty bad to me on the "They're a new player" track. @Ashbringer can you talk about your suspicion of Aet? I'm not familiar with their play here but I feel mildly comfortable calling them a villager here. It's 20 out today so I'm gonna enjoy the weather and read over drake and TUN later. I saw suspicion on drake but in my initial catch up I didn't see anything from them. Like. I don't remember seeing a post. I know I got Sart and Steel mixed up on first glance as well though so maybe I'm blind. Also uh Sart @Steeldancer is the reason you didn't vote then because you wanted it? Because you didn't trust Gaea who was voting for you? EDIT: Sart I'm real good at this whole "voting" thing.
  6. Hi Guys!!! Been over a year since I last played a game here so woo I read over the game at like 5am before sleeping so I had thoughts but I forgot what most of them were. Besides a negative read on the Gaea slot which I suppose helps me here but it sure doesn't feel like it :P. one thing is @BridgeBoi Don't apologize for voting wrong. Like yes, Kas is a Villager, but voting villagers isn't something you need to apologize for. It's going to happen to everyone at some point, and it's not something you should be ashamed or scared of. but also BridgeBoi I'd appreciate a summary of why TUN is a consensus Elim at this point, and some other questions but I'll ask those after I come back after reading through TUN things. I'd also like to know people's opinions on TwinStorm, as I felt that their interactions with KA were at best, really bad. I feel a little better about Steel after noting that he did make a comment about trusting Tesan. I do want to mention that Steel was the one to abstain in the doc, Not Tesan. Tesan and Gaea voted Gaea and Steel, respectively. In reference to TUN, I'm wondering if anyone there can say/has said what the vote split was. Along those lines I didn't see anyone with a coherent list of who is in what Ajah, and I can't tell if people claimed. Mostly I wanted to know Tesan's Ajah partners but I have that now so the theory that he was killed because the Elims wanted to control the White Ajah's Power is kinda disproven, especially because it's seemingly....useless? ....and that doesn't seem the most ...useful to the Elims in comparison with something like Red, Which could be used to elect a player earlier to the Ashwaganda seat or so I suppose? Most of the Ajah powers seem mildly useless to me but it could be my vanilla brain talking. VILLAGE Kas Aet Ash Terrisman I want to call a villager, and it's for this post. -- Joe at this point is a light village lean, mostly because I'm a sucker for a good campaign and his N1 campaign was baller. Steel is someone I'm divided on, since a big part of my suspicion on him was his reaction to Tesan's death. He has had some good content in the doc at points though. Still deciding how I feel about him not voting, but I don't find wanting to be elected as an Elim trait. Mostly I think Elims would be more shy about campaigning in general (regardless of player history/meta) Mark ends on my negative side, basically because of how minimal his thread impact seems to be comparable to his appeared post contents/size. -- TwinStorm I talked about already, but they're solidly in my Elim pile for how they interacted with KA and the whole "They told me not to trust them" part, which feels more performative than anything in an attempt to distance. Could they just be an awkward new player? Maybe, I don't know what their history is here. I've rambled a lot so I'm gonna post this and collect more thoughts later.
  7. A very uneventful followup that I have had in my folders for the last couple years, figured I might as well post it.
  8. There was a knock on the door, though no one had been expected here in a long time. She walked to the door and opened it a crack, just as much as the chain would allow. "Who is it?" "Just a messenger" The stranger pulled out a scroll from the bag at their hip, pushing it inside as the door began to close. "Wait, if you could just get this to-" "Yeah, Yeah." She pulled the scroll out and shut the door before they could say anything else. Double checking the contents, Illwei packed the scroll and a few more things up. Wondering why after all these years they hadn't found someone else to do their dirty work for them, she headed out. Returning to her home town. INVITATION TO THE MAFIA CHAMPIONSHIP (SEASON 11) --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Ahoy there! I’m very excited to invite your community to participate in Season 11 of the Mafia Championship. The Mafia Championship is an annual forum-based tournament series that pits representatives from various online Mafia (aka Werewolf) communities against one another as they compete to determine the Internet’s greatest forum Mafia players. Each participating community democratically elects one person to represent them and be their “Champion”. The tournament first started back in 2013. Since then, 380+ different communities and 50+ different nationalities have been represented. It’s a super fun event that has created many new friendships and close bonds between communities. I hope that you would be interested in taking part The deadline for selecting your representative is April 20th, but the sooner the better. IMPORTANT NOTES You may decide yourselves how you want to elect your representative, but we highly recommend some sort of democratic process (public nominations followed by a poll usually works out well). In addition to electing a representative, you should also name an alternate (a back-up) who will be asked to step in if the first choice needs to back out. Your representative should be prepared for having to read upwards of 600-700 posts per 24 hours during the early stages of the game. Additionally, there’s a requirement that each player must make at least 10 posts per Game Day. Only active players should apply/participate. I repeat: Your chosen player needs to be able to promise a good amount of activity on a daily basis! FORMAT The semifinal/finale setups may be designed for more/fewer players than 15, in which case the amount of jury advances would be adjusted to match. The qualifier games will be played using the Matrix Mayhem 5x5 setup (see below for more details), and the semifinal/finale games will be played using a different setup(s). The semifinal/finale setup(s) will be finalized around the end of June TIMELINE There will be 8 Qualifier Games, and your representative plays in just one of these. They will have start dates ranging from the end of April to mid-June. So in other words, as long as your representative can play sometime during that period, they should be good and I’ll make sure they get scheduled into a game that suits their schedule well. I.e. if your rep is busy until June, that isn’t a problem. The Semifinal Games will be played in July/August, and the Finale Game sometime in August/September (whenever we can work out something that suits everyone). If you want to get in contact with us ASAP, you can reach us on Discord at lissa2 (Lissa#8083) or Arapocalypse (Arapocalypse#0834). Kind regards, Lissa --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  9. Also I didn't respond to your post after I voted you because I was trying to bait anything out of neil, and then i successfully convinced myself it was you for a minute so the only person i really baited was myself
  10. I was trying to bait him onto TKN last minute with a vote prepped for him as you could see but he just didn't and i couldn't sleep peacefully
  11. EDIT: so confused over that first kill the elim doc implies they were suspected by raven but i looked over raven's posts and it had 0 thoughts was i looking at the wrong raven
  12. Neil Was hoping for some sort of movement from neil, hoping that we still have tomorrow if we hit wrong here
  13. I also think this eod is interesting because the best that can happen is a tied vote with the Elim atp
  14. I'll make a post but i don't have much to say since i've said everything i think both you and tkn pushing the "keeping options open" is wild since it's e/lo and it's not like it's obvious. both you and tkn are pushing me and the one of the main reasons i was v!leaning tkn here was because he decided not to go for the easy push. I want to be right on neil simply because then I've had good reads this game. I was hoping that anyone would say anything more on me but neil not voting idk
  15. Also this is only a valid point sometimes but this interaction with Neil is potentially proving it an Elim in a way, simply for how i feel no suspicion on me at the moment despite me being his push for today.
  16. weeeeelll.... EDIT: Another completely maybe not completely unrelated but it was weird to me how you never contradicted any comment on me knowing your meta better, with how you are more familiar with me simply because you've spec'd turbos I've played Also votes aren't locked, Neil. Try voting...just a little. EDIT: Also hope the organizers know you're repping because ur not on the spreadsheet, but i guess neither is FoL and they're technically sending someone, even tho today is the last day to submit.
