I propose that this be revoked as it not only an additional rule, but fundamentally changes the game's basics by changing the wincon! I propose that a rule be passed prohibiting changes to the wincon! Additionally: a proposal: (1) Any Favorable house who owns over 50 Atium is allowed to form a "club". Other houses are then allowed to petition that house in order to join the club. Members of a club get to say that they are members of a Club. :). @Chinkoln I will give you 5 Atium, as that is 5 more than you would get. No more.

Call to Judgement? I don't believe that signatures count. For all you know I could have had signatures turned off and signatures aren't part of a post. If they are, then I propose an amendment to 206 and 201: (1) these requirements can not be met by anything in your signature, edit reasoning, or title. (ie. you can not put a picture of an animal in your signature to satisfy the posting requirements as per Rule 201) Disregard this if it is irrelevant though.

Okay now for my latest proposals, one reasonable, and one that will probably get rejected. (1) Any Houses holding offices (Obligator, Inquisitor, Favored House, etc. The Idea of "senate" is not counted here) Will be fined double the normal noble fine when they break laws. (2) The Lord Ruler must Color Code His/Her Acceptances and Rejections as to make it easier for people keeping detailed spreadsheets and counting the Census to see who was Rejected and Accepted. (3) The obligator's census is exempt from laws 206 and 201. No unofficial censuses are exempt.

I'm currently writing the count I have, but I would like to quickly: ask for a Call to Judgement. This is House Tellen's Recent Statement, it has 8 total A's, which normally wouldn't be a problem. I see a problem here as they refer to rule 206 as the "aa" rule, when they are the only one to do so in thread, and it would be just as easy to call it "rule 206". Without these two "aa"'s, though, they only have 6 "a"s and would be breaking the rule themselves.

Currently not the numbers I have. can you explain? I am double checking my numbers currently but as you were appointed obligator....

What do you mean by table of Atium? only 4 A's. Requesting 5 Atium. Also requesting a Call to Judgement on Danex's first post on behalf of it violating rule 201.

I seriously debated sending one of the Relidan House Mistborns after you, but decided it would be a waste of 16 Atium :P. @Danex EDIT: 2 Proposals? Maybe? (I may regret this. They all kind of tie in together) (1) Houses may borrow Atium from other Houses assuming: (a) that Atium does not satisfy the wincon (b) they follow whatever rules that house sets for the borrowing (ie. Taxing, Interest, idk...etc.) (2) Houses that are in the negative numbers of Atium will be taxed -2 atium per page while they stay in Debt, and will not be counted as an "official house" in the Census (ie: no voting rights if any additional laws are passed that grants houses voting rights or things like that) until they get out of debt to the Lord Ruler. @ElectrumSavant Tagging you because it was an Edit.
