  1. Sorry, just been only glancing through things as I'm yet to catch up with EoD1. I haven't been informed of any sort of hit on me. Weekends should be more free and expect me to catch up before the end of the cycle.
  2. I remember I was evil with a very dgaf e!Steel though I can't, for the life in me, remember anything else about the game. Including the game number or my other teammate. Mat was the GM I think and I had vote manip and did not use it when votes were close to fake the village. That's all I remember from the game. Also this is purely gut, but I think Mat's posts (particularly P4, P5) have been exuding abnormal coolness. I avoided using 'fake calmness' here because I don't know if it's village Mat just calming himself down or evil Mat forcing the coolness.
  3. I'll clarify. Aman's wordings felt like he didn't really care about who benefitted more from VitC, and well it felt like he didn't care about the entire VitC discussion. Just said "whoever uses it better, it's more helpful to them" and wanted to move on from it. There was some sort of village nonchalance to it. Whereas deTess took a roundabout route to basically conclude "it's helpful to both", looked like wanting to appear helpful. And I see some long posts are there for me to catch up.
  4. Nah, it's my theory that I (or anyone else tbh) carry over residual suspicion from recently concluded good evil games. Villagers subconsciously extra wary of players who had a good evil game recently so I assumed that was the case here and thought it was an evil read. Aman's wordings comes off as general speak whereas deTess goes into hypotheticals. Aman's post imo doesn't feel like fence-sitting, it's just matter-of-fact "whoever uses the mechanism better benefits from it the most". deTess explores situations - "Helps evil players, but if villagers do this, it's harmful to evil players" and concludes that it helps both which is an obvious point. "Helps whoever uses it better" VERSUS "Helps both" is the distinction. Village points for this, because they're right. Unless someone is doing some reverse-pocketing and/or it's endgame stage, the function of VitC can be replicated by a final minute vote-shift. And there's no reason why a villager should prefer VitC to it, other than the circumstances I have mentioned above.
  5. This strong wording, the pre-emptive suspicion of any particular action, feels e!Archer indicative. I think I recall him doing something similar in a game in which he was evil. Like the edit added any clarity xD I'm so confused, because I just read this as "I was wrestling with a weak evil lean of you so I cannot extend you any evil credit for not wanting to lean into the evil lean" which is ????? xD but I'm just assuming this was you just going back and forth "I need to be wary of TJ" "But TJ bro, TJ good" "But TJ bro != TJ good" Oh huh, that makes a lot more sense xD I was just thinking how that cute fluffy on-fours Jigglypuff translated to an evil read, my bad xD Also, the stronger good guy looks like Raichu! :P. [Looks like I'll be making Pokemon references and comparisons all game now] Feel tiiiiiny bit off about this post. Two legs in two different boats kinda feel. We've only played like half game together, so I could be reading into this wrong and it's just the way they Rule Analyse things. Also villagers tend to underestimate village coordination whereas elims always fear of it so they overestimate it. This awareness of village coordination might be an indication of evil. One to keep an eye out for.
  6. Brother, unless I get sucked into the game big time and ignore by irl responsibilities, I'm gonna be appearing like a rare Pokemon in this game. I had some time before getting sucked into work for the day and just remembered someone mentioning e!Mat's tell as p-aggressiveness and felt it was important to mention it. Also, pure gut from this post - Archer
  7. Hmmmm, can't recall if mildly passive aggressive Mat is e!Mat indicative...
  8. I'll be super busy till the end of May and would have very limited activity but sign me up as Prey.
  9. Ah, GG lads. had fun doing evil stuff with you, nice cozy comfy elim team on the inside and "let's all kill each other" on the outside xD Villagers, thanks for a good match, and hope all new players keep returning to next games. @Matrim's Dice and @StrikerEZ, thanks for a peaceful game.
  10. No, but I just re-read out PM to see if I missed something and he had hinted that he hadn't found Huio in N1. After I revealed I was Rushu (shortly before I revealed to the thread), he said something along the lines of okay " just need to find Cord and Huio" so whoever he scanned N1 is not Huio and not JNV.
  11. Bah, okay I feel like the elims are just letting us kill ourselves. D1 - Important movements include Wiz from Ashbringer to Alpha. Reasons for v!Wiz to do this is to facilitate the tie like he said. Reasons for e!Wiz to do this is only if Ashbringer is evil. If Wiz and Ashbringer are teammates, I think Wiz here goes for a more risky but more less suspicious choice of tie to increase Ashbringer's survive and not vote on other possible. An addition to this case, iirc, Araris hadn't yet voted on me, so that vote on me could be from another possible teammate to increase of Ash and Araris' chance of winning, which could also explain why e!Wiz could not change from e!Ash to e!Araris. In this case, Araris/Ash/Wiz team is likely. The logic only works in this direction e!Ash leading to e!Wiz could possibly lead to e!Araris. If we start with e!Wiz, we diminish are chances because as I said, actions of Wiz could be justified as that of a villager wanting a tie. v!Wiz leads to possibly e!Alpha maybe? And v!RB!Ash -> e!CS!JNV + some other team member D2 - Further emphases that Alpha and Wiz are not e/e. Hints on JNV and Ash protecting Alpha from elimination. D3 - Okay this is another instance of JNV and Ashbringer voting together to protect Alpha from leading the elimination. From D1 - Ash/Wiz/Araris Alpha/JNV/? [2 member e!Cord, e!Huio team?] D2 - JNV/Ash/Alpha D3 - JNV/Ash/Alpha Not gonna lie, even though JNV/Ash/Alpha appear more times here, I'm really more suspicious of the D1 team of Ash/Wiz/Araris. I think JNV Ash scenarios arose because of their PMs maybe? And I think Ash has somehow pocketed JNV here, feels very similar to Pyro pocketing me in LG66, going as far as to allow kills on his teammates go unstopped. Allowing the Cord kill to go through not knowing the target is mild comparatively. Either way, Ash is the key to solving this and my gut has been telling me to flip him since D2. Possibility of chain of teammates exist with mostly him in the team, and no one else appears as much. Ashbringer
  12. Work has really kept me from a re-read, sigh. @Ashbringer, 1. Kas asked me for a PM with you. 2. I made a PM with Araris, figuring I could solve his slot better after we played together as village in the endgame last game. @Araris Valerian should be able to confirm. I'm going to vote here on Alpha, I really think they've been suspicious in their posting and I dislike them voting alongside Araris last cycle to voting with him to retracting the vote on the slightest push back.
  13. I think the time to flip Ash has gone past and the correct cycle to flip Ash was the last one. D3 is either the LyLo or quite close to one to flip a player in order to get distro guesses or connections.
  14. Maybe but the player count is less. (PtV?) For v!Cord and 3 person team -> starts with 11-3, if v!Cord misfires in all cycles, game is actually over in N3. Even if v!Cord shoots 1 elim in the three night cycles, D4 would be LyLo anyway.
  15. I think e!Cord would only make sense if Ash is village, and v!Huio and a 2 person elim team. With ML on their side, that's 3 village death per cycle. Starting at 12-2, it's LyLo at the beginning of D4 without considering any successful village protects or roleblocks. That... is not actually absurd, it's quite plausible.
  16. Alright, glanced through the cycle. Nothing really to change this earlier opinion - I'm thinking [Ash, Araris, X] team, Alpha not conditional but the sheeping and some other posts is why they're suspicious. Want to lean gut village on Devo. I do want to vote for Alpha over xino. I think post that initial gut evil on his poke vote, he's been involved in the game, more active than e!xino meta. Tagging @xinoehp512 here if he wants to do that. xino ash Edit: I'm village Rushu, needed that info out if anyone wanted to vote on me now. I tried creating a PM with Stick and an extra PM for Kas with Stick as per his in-thread request in N1.
  17. Sorry, I'm nursing a terrible headache. I've been asleep the entire day. I'll eat something and brb. I'll try to catch up, but staring at the screen is only flaring it up so, I'm not sure if I can.
  18. But see, when I flip green, it gives e!you a reason to hide behind the person you sheep, in this case Araris. I don't just suspect your for the sheeping btw, your post gives reasoning to your reads only in some places, and when you do, it's rather vague.
  19. Haven't really read the Night cycle, just glanced through it. For now, I couldn't find any reason why you shifted onto me at the end of last cycle. What was your reasoning to vote for me? V!Araris is usually fine being on side-trains. Is there any reason why you're not looking at non-tied players and only focusing on the tied guys? And why is Wiz on your DNE list? I agree that it's unlikely there were 2 elims in a 5 member tie but why did you reach the conclusion that one has to be evil and not looking at non-tied players? The only time I can recall Araris going for me D1 was in LG67 (hello again!) where he was evil. Posts - Context here is e!Araris was trying to saving teammate!Striker. One big difference is that, in LG67, he switched tunes, village read me and defended me until the rest of the game while his teammate Magestar suspected me, whereas here he's voting on me again. If he was protecting a teammate, it's Ash/Araris team given how he's mentioned Ash alongside me but preferred me over him. @Kasimir, need your opinion on this as you read Araris better and I was paranoiding e!Araris in AG8 endgame >> And I don't like that Alpha sheep vote either. New elims do tend to sheep votes and get by. Currently I think I only village read Kas, Telrao and Xino. Ash could be mates with Araris. Ash could be mates with Wiz. I need to re-read once more to get clarity as I wasn't present for EoD, but right now, I feel Ash need to be flipped. Ash > Alpha > [Araris, Wizard] > [TKN, JNV, Devotary] > Xino > Telrao > Kas
  20. Alright, I'll be busier than normal on Thursdays and Fridays, travelling to work. Just wanted to ask @Matrim's Dice if the PMs we request to be open is just for one cycle or will it be a permanent PM till Rushu dies?
