Previous Night's Stockpile: Current Stockpile: So: That last one is interesting. Although maybe I need to reread rules.

The world could be a complicated place. Dangerous. Overwhelming. Sometimes from traitors and saboteurs, sometimes from superiors wondering why you hadn't clocked in. Unfortunately, there weren't many places to hide from the world. Whichever world that happened to be. It was somewhat ironic that existing between worlds meant there were even less places. They'd found a way, though. Faleast took a deep breath, then burned cadmium. And the world... slowed... down. The view from the top of the engine block he'd been trying to repair wasn't great, but the few moving pieces blurred into safely ignorable motion. He'd missed this feeling. The feeling of being alone... he hadn't been fully alone since that day in Elendel. But there was more than just AraRaash's presence; there was Lamentation, there were the other strange actors like Philico and Lafay, there was the endless days-months?-years?- of battle and deaths and failures. Neither of them were exactly the type to take a vacation. AraRaash preferred lunch breaks. He got hungry. But the two of them had agreed to... try something different. Act as two individuals with one mind instead of two people with one body. Talk when they needed to talk. Change something. That, and they didn't want to get thrown out of their third airlock.

My reasons to suspect you are greatly tied to your interactions with me and my role. Perhaps too greatly for objectivity. I think so. I seem to be the main one looking.

In part because I think you’re lying too. And Illwei is definitely a little too… personal. But lying nor not, you’ve got a NK you’re willing to use on either team, and the Village has more to lose on that end. I guess it matters based on who you think is losing right now. But I’ve played Kandra, and I know that balance shifts a lot. I’m not a great leader. I don’t always have expert rationalizations for what I can do. But I can handle information.

It's one of the measures. Besides, I think you're still lying. See, one of the powers I can grant is an Anonymous Message. Except TJ told me that it works like a normal Tineye message, using an action to put one in. Which isn't how you claim yours works. Orlok's right about Devotary being the more immediate problem, though.

Archer is here. (Don’t think Dannnex is though.)

Yeah… I guess so. Cried wolf and all that - and even if Devo tells the truth this time, that’s still an Sk we need to kill to win. So Illwei Devotary then. I wish this game had a multi-voting system. Maybe I just need to post more reads. But between Illwei being this close to wolfing, Devotary claiming SK overlord as the positive spin, Stick and Thaid blowing up half the confirmed-action village-trusts, and Dannnex/Szeth/STINK being AWOL… this is a lot. But we need to pick one. Narrative reasons have only served to bite me so far. See: Gifter Epic who also Gifts to Epics. And has far too many questions.

I... uh... yeah I don't know what's up with that. I can look for some if you want To be honest, I'm... more convinced that you're telling the truth now. Mainly because there's more evidence of Devotary and Illwei lying/having lied, but there's a few other things. So we'll see. That role is still... weird.

Here's my theory on how E!Devo and E!TUA could work. In the books (yeah I know the flavor has been on point this game but that's what my chaos is doing this game), Calamity gives Epics powers, and then gets them back when they die. E!Calamity!Devotary could have gotten the option of taking Experience's Protect role... Wait, no, that doesn't work. Experience died and TUA got a power the same cycle. Still a possibility, just a whole lot weirder. Unlikely. However, there's not too much of a functional difference, because I don't see a world where we exe TUA before Devotary, and if Devotary flips Elim then that gives us a lot more to work with than TUA's claim.

Well, unless I'm wrong, you only have one action per cycle, and you can't use the same power in consecutive cycles. So maybe you're right, maybe you're lying. Who knows? Well, besides you. Maybe TUA.

Good to know. Makes Leeching a bit... well, actually it makes Leeching a bit exactly balanced. Just makes it not as effective against Arsonist stockpiling.

Can Elims stuff more vials (cough Pewter cough) into the stockpile? Or just the daily steel?

Wait how does that work with Leeching? Can the stockpiled Steel be Leeched?

One of the Rule Clarifications is that Elims don't need to use their daily Steel Vial the cycle they get it, so it works like a vial acquisition that way. I'd assume it works that way in other ways.

Okay. The MR is no longer entirely on fire so I've got something to say. One - the Elim kill isn't an Elim kill, it's a Steel Vial. This has the obvious implications that they can be hoarded, found with Bronze, etc, but there's another thing: Elims can use Duralumin and Nicrosil on the Elim Steel kill. So I'd prefer those get grabbed during the Day when we can keep track of who's got them. (When I first thought of this I thought there were three Duralumin when that's three Chromium, so less of an immediate danger, but still.) Two, I'm ignoring what I just said and am going for the cadmium. If you know why I'll promise not to use it on you

Four choices IMO: Kill Devotary. Pros: Elims and Villagers both want Calamity gone, prevents turning against the village if we’re close to winning, could be Elim role, proven liar. Cons: could be an ally if Elims are close to winning, could erase TUA’s new role. Kill Illwei. Pros: only major defender of Archer, proven liar, potential Elim Kill user, don’t trust. Cons: no real mechanical benefit. (Edit: besides maybe/probably catching an Elim. We probably don’t get any useful role info compared to the others.) Kill one of (Stick/Thaid). Pros: possible Elim killers/arsonists, role flip will also give a good amount of insight. Cons: not much to distinguish the two besides Stick Train. I’d prefer Stick, but that’s mostly personal reasons. Kill one of (Dannnex/Szeth/STINK). Pros: no roleclaims when there’s evidence of Elim-specific roles. Cons: not much to distinguish the three. I’d prefer either Illwei or Stick. But there’s more than just me this game. Also, I think I’ve got an expiration date. @The Unknown Aon, can you self-protect? @STINK, anything to prove you’re not using the Elim kill? @Dannnex, anything to prove you’re not using the Elim kill? @Szeth_Pancakes, anything to prove you’re not using the Elim kill?

Hey @Dannnex, care to share your role? In the meantime, Stick Illwei. While I’d love to get to the bottom of Stick’s role, I have different priorities.
