    "The Death Guard? Sounds familiar. I think Crimson stopped them in Farwindal once. A Cessant force that uses entropic tactics?" "Hang on, who are you? Are you with Jaiser? Karench?"

    "I suppose. But we need to get a plan down soon. If we are going to do the whole "get captured" thing, how are we going to do it? How are we going to get out? How will we find your family?"

    Jay looks at him and shrugs, then watches as Antipode plummets down to the ground, barely stopping himself with a powerful shotgun blast. "All right, you're in. Let's get back up there."

    Well I don't know what he did, folks, but Kallian is down on the ground. And, uh... now he's screaming. Maybe it wasn't anything very good. I'm sure he'll be fine though! Victory goes to Team Joy!

    And Jay finishes Antipode off by grabbing him and shooting him high into the sky with his Aspect! Due to the rules of Halcyon, if a competitor goes out of the shield bounds, they are out of the competition! Looks like he's going to run over and try and help Lloyd take out Kallian, but will he make it in time? @A Windrunner

    Vale jogs up. "Oh good, you're here. I hope you noticed but there's something coming and we either need to run or get ready to fight it."

    The voice of the crickets cries out from the dust "Please stop! Someone wanted this to be vaguely logical at least!"

    Vale ran through the streets, presumably with Jeffrey behind him. Where would the Fellowship be? He didn't have any good ways to find them.

    And Kallian takes a hit to the face from a throwing star! That's an unusual move we don't usually see. It doesn't do much damage to a Veil, but maybe he'll follow it up! Jay reverts the force from the shields using his Aspect at Antipode, making him strike with even more force at him. It seems Antipode doesn't have too long for this fight!

    "Keeping order sounds like a good idea, but we can't do that ourselves. We'll need to get some kind of policing force. Maybe the garrison?"

    "Um..." Alvyer wanted to ask "Why would I know something like that?" but he didn't want the human to get angry. They obviously expected him to know something. "Well, I'm not an expert, but perhaps she got hit on the head or something? That can cause gaps in memory or hallucinations" There, that sounded suitably intelligent.

    Uh oh. One of the humans was beckoning him over. Alvyer knew this couldn't go well, but didn't think he had much of a choice. He clutched his book like a shield and walked over to the group. "Yes? Are you in this..." he tried to remember what that female had said earlier "guild?"

    Tellen sighs. "So, team..." he stops. "We are a team, right?" "Anyway, what do we know so far? The Lord Ruler is missing and all the Inquisitors are apparently getting executed."

    Lloyd avoids Kallian's attack and sends his sprawling across the arena floor! Kallian gets back up and starts circling Lloyd, more carefully now, looking for a weakness. Both members have joy have repelled an attack, and Jay is taking the offensive, rushing at Antipode as he lays on the ground. Antipode throws off Jay's balance by transforming our shields again, which gives him time to get up and ready his defense!

    Vale looks up as the ground starts shaking. He opens up his reality model and gasps as tears open up all over it. He needs to find the Fellowship now

    "Bad fish!" the Tetris A side is defeated as they scatter in every direction

    "Wow, two armies of crickets in the same meadow? What are the odds of that?" They chirp using a variation on morse code, while still chirping the Tetris theme. "And what about the fish?"

    Across the field, a chorus of crickets loosely connected by a central hive mind began chirping the Tetris A theme
