Spark smiled. This was already going well. The two that were talking had some curiosity about each other, and of course the happiness that always comes when meeting new people. They thought they felt a little bit of... not love, far weaker, as if they could maybe fall in love in a different life. Interesting. The other one was the most eager person they had ever met, and Spark couldn't help but break into a laugh. "Hello Lucky, My name's Spark. I'm really glad to meet you"

Medrano (the red-haired guy): "I'm sorry, who are you again, to call all of this into the rescue effort?" @I Am A Fish "Jay, why do you always get involved in these people" Jay: *weakly* "What can I say, Medrano? I make a lot of friends" *Tries to pull himself up, fails and collapses.* "Listen wierd lady, we saw the Red Assassin/(insert cool title here). And he has a captive. Isn't he more important right now?" "I'm sorry Cadenza, but I'm kind of... not in a position to help..." Meanwhile Medrano's people have been helping people into the trucks and have even started driving off in the direction they came. Sophie is also not in any position to help right now.

She looks up, tears on her face. "Listen, if you wouldn't mind, all my friends just either died or got kidnapped, so I'm going to...I need you to go, I'm sorry."

"There are other people who are just as injured, ok?" Some other people get out of the trucks and start bandaging people or otherwise aiding them. Sophie, now that there are people here who can take over being the hero, finally lets the shock hit her and collapses.

Sophie is inside the train trying to help everyone get out of the train. The red-haired man bandages up Cadenza's wound and looks at the strange woman. "If you're here to help, I think she'll be all right. Maybe go help some other people."

Stars, these things were smart, and shrugged off shots like they were nothing. Some of Alvyer's fear had left him, and now he was intrigued by these strange monsters. Studying them would have to wait though. Alvyer braced himself against a wall and shoved, sending him skidding across the weirdly slick room into a large table. Bracing himself against a wall, he starts pushing the table towards the Executor. Even though he doesn't have augmented strength like a Pewterarm, the lack of friction on the floor should allow him to move the table fast enough to do some damage once it hits.

"Oh, and I started a pumpkin patch in the back! By the 30th they should be all ready to pick and then carve!"

"Right. Help her first" says Jay The red-haired man jogs over to Cadenza and Janice and goes to look at her before noticing Janice. He takes the cloak and looks at Janice. "Are you the one I keep hearing rumors about? Or are you your own person?" He pulls pulls a first aid kit out of a bag and starts bandaging Cadenza's arm, still keeping a wary eye on her. "I've heard rumors of half-Yevon half-human creatures rampaging through the world. But you're not what I expected from that"

Everyone gasps and the girl almost collapses again. She stands up. "Is anyone in here seriously hurt?" A few people raise their hands or point at others. "All right, my name is Sophie Rose, I'm a Paladin. We're going to get you out of here-" Outside, there's the sound of shouts and vehicles. "Ok, there's the help we need" //// Outside, a few vehicles roll up alongside the track. Out steps a man with a shock of bright red hair that somehow works with his emerald green armor. "Jay, you called?" "Ugghhh, over here" "You look like you've been run over by a truck" "A train, but yeah. Do you think you could give us a quick hand?"

Null the Hyxali who lives in all semi-canon adventures walks out of the kitchen balancing three baking sheets, two mixing bowls, and a partridge in a pear tree and an indeterminant amount of baking utensils. "I've recently discovered pumpkin spice, and whoah-" he drops one of the bowls but manages to catch it with his foot. "It just tastes so much like fall! Who wants cookies?"

She wakes up with a start, and would have slashed you across the face except her arm doesn't seem to be working. She calms down, and then rolls up her sleeve to reveal a mechanical prosthetic that has a bullet lodged in the elbow. She starts taking that out. She takes a deep breath. "What happened? Is everyone all right?"

"Great..." Jay drags himself to a somewhat sitting position then pulls his Scry out of his pocket and makes a call.

"Ugggghhhh. Word of advice... don't get run over by a train." Jay tries to get up but isn't able to "Are you guys ok?"
