  1. Thanks for all your help! Still, the sheer amount of content and lore is just... so much (it’s not a bad thing, it’s just a lot to take in at once ). Just wondering, if I end up joining and submitting a character, what then? I’d feel bad just jumping into existing plotlines without an extensive knowledge of things that happened beforehand. *hands Honorless and Ene their respective drinks served with complimentary marshmallows then goes back to reading*
  2. “Okay then,” Ana said, taken aback by the sharp tone. Of course she doesn’t want to stay with me. After what she saw me do... She shuddered and looked at her feet, picking the blood out of her nails. It was brown and crusty, and it fell to the ground in clumps, like snow. She was still lightheaded, and gagged a little. Good thing there was nothing in her stomach. The wind picked up, and blew the flecks away, somewhere far. Somewhere... She was loosing focus again. She snapped her head back up, and the vendor had his arms crossed, looking at the trio with a sneer.
  3. I don’t know if this necessarily counts as good news, but I saw a licence plate that said Salad, which made me laugh.
  4. As soon as they entered the square, all thoughts left Ana’s mind but one. The food. All the sounds and scents assailed her senses. Crackling and sizzling meats, grilled flatbreads, and glazed sweetcakes topped with fresh berries. She inhaled it all, trying to capture the flavours, and wondered what Aoryen was going to buy. She hoped it was fish. She hadn’t had some in ages. Her stomach grumbled again, reminding her that she hadn’t eaten since breakfast. She looked to the side, ready to ask Aoryen if they could get fish, but he was gone. Ophelia was missing too. She searched the crowd, frantic, until she spotted them standing in front of a bread stand. Oh well, food was food. And bread would last longer, too. As she hurried to join them, she remembered she hadn’t heard Ophelia’s answer to her question. She ran up to the hairdresser and tugged her sleeve. ”Sorry, I was daydreaming before. I didn’t hear your reply.”
  5. So after 110 hours, I’ve finally finished Persona 5. I’m still kind of in shock that it’s over, but woah. Just woah. How dare it be over!! I need more! Now I’m having a mini-crisis as I try and decide whether I liked Three Houses or P5 more, and I can’t make a decision. I thought once I finished P5 I’d be able to go back to Three Houses and finish all the routes, and then finish Ni No Kuni (which I put on hold to play Three Houses. I don’t like playing big JRPGs at the same time), but then I saw Radiant Historia: Perfect Chronology on sale and I thought “why not?”, bought it, and started playing it instead. It’s been pretty fun so far, nothing too special, but the time travel aspect is cool. I really have a problem with getting sidetracked.
  6. *Wins with a hefty sigh*
  7. What truly is the truth?
  8. No one’s posted here in a day? Guess I win.
  9. "Do you really have nowhere to go?" Ana asked as she stood up -- wobbled, then righted herself -- and started to follow Aoryen too.
  10. Nay, the win belongs to me
  11. My thoughts on the movie haven't completely settled, but after I watched it, I just felt unfulfilled. I don't know what it was, but there was something missing from the film. It wasn't horrible, and I was entertained for the most part, but something just felt off.
  12. Okay, I'll admit, that did confuse me. However, I will not be deterred!
  13. No, it is you who shall be going to sleep!
  14. So, not saying that I am going to join, but hypothetically, if I did want to, how would I? It's not like a character idea just suddenly formed in my head and I'm in the process of developing them or anything.
  15. So THAT'S why I can never draw a check properly.
  16. *Starts laughing even more hysterically* Oh no, it's reached the second stage. I actually completely forgot that I changed my profile picture so I logged back in expecting my original one, but was greeted with a guy holding up some lettuce as if he's never seen it before. Why do I find this so amusing? I don't even know what I'm going to do about a profile picture anymore... Okay, that clears up my confusion (mostly, I think. Though if no one truly understands it then I think I'm fine). I've always been on the fence about joining because on one hand RPing is fun, but on the other I don't know if I have enough time to devote to a larger-scale RP.
  17. Ana blinked, then let out a bitter laugh. “Well, we have a stale loaf of bread, but I ration that out, so we’ll each have this much,” she held up her hand and put her thumb and finger a hair length apart. “There’s some old cheese, but the same rules apply. If you’re lucky I might be able to find an overripe banana somewhere.” She sighed. As always, the truth had come out. “Sorry, that was rude.” She knotted her fingers and continued. “I’ve been leading you on, I suppose. I don’t have money, and I barely have enough food to last the week. My house is tiny. It’s only two rooms and I sleep in an old cupboard with the shelves taken out.” Her face grew hot as she admitted this, but instead of the usual sadness, she felt rage. ”I can take you there, but I don’t have much. My father is probably worried, too.”
  18. I am laughing waaaaay too much over that right now. Like seriously someone send me help. The whole RP, I guess. Every time I go over there, I'm just so overwhelmed.
  19. *horrified gasp* You hate potatoes?? Someone please explain the Alleyverse to me I'm so confused.
  20. (Please ignore the next couple of profile pictures, I'm just putting random photos on to see what looks good) (Seriously, go look up salad stock photos. They're great)
  21. Huh, maybe the picture's blurry. It looks like potatoes to me.
  22. Fortunately, I am no one *wins*
