"So it's like fake blood?"

"Umm... my name's not Scotty, but okay." Fadran pulled the ropes and hoisted Aria into the air. -
"Well... we have a few hours until night. How would you like to spend that time?"

"What is that?"

"I wouldn't want to do something like that!"

The figure, after a few minutes, presumably got bored of their harness, then cut the parachute away and dropped the remaining distance. When they smashed into the deck, there was undoubtedly no way they could've survived that without any broken bones.

"We need to hook you to a different system now." Fadran grabbed a rope, pulled it down, and harnessed it to Aria. "This one's attached to a track on the roof, so we can pull you around the tree."

"Do you really think Violet would participate?"

Ellis placed her carefully on the table, then rabbed some bandages and started binding the wounds.

"What would I do? Clean up her mess so she could stop blaming me for having a messy room?"

"Neither can I."

Ellis followed without question.

"Ugh. She's just the worst. She's a slob, she's a hypocrite, and she's just always just making out with her boyfriend. In the middle of the hallway! OUTSIDE MY ROOM. I wake up to them going at it like there's no tomorrow every day!"

"There isn't anything I don't have in this mess."

"Then lead the way! Come on! If we wait any longer, we could lose her!"

"You seem like a resourceful person. I'm sure you can improvise as well as I can."

Fadran finished letting her down. "Alright! Let's get started!" He pulled off his backpack, opened it, and dumped a metric ton of Christmas ornaments onto the floor.

The thing that had jumped out deployed a parachute.

"Are you kidding me? I'd take anyone over that ruddy roommate of mine."

"Did you miss the we part?"

"I was kidding. You can't have hot cocoa if you're hanging fifty feet in the air!" Fadran pulled a lever, and Aria began to lower. "Ready to get decorating?"

An aeroplane flew overhead, and something dropped out of it.

"Yeah. You guys can be my buddies."
