  1. Wait what?!?!?!?! There's a TV series being filmed? WHEN DID THIS HAPPEN?
  2. "Any takers?... No one? Really? Ah well, what do you say we report back to the narrators and let them deal with this?" Commander Corn sighed in relief as his troops decided that yes, it would be best to report back to Vegtium. Then he froze in shock as something flowed out of the cave. It was pure sugar. He stepped back uncertainly, eyes widening in shock, mouth opening to order his terrified troops to retreat, when the Sugar Spoke: "What have we here, little ones? Not a reconnaissance force sent to reveal our location, is it?" Commander corn knew that whatever this was, it was out of their league. "RUN MEN, I'LL HOLD IT OFF!" he shouted, drawing his sword. His men didn't move, but one of the mangoes tapped on Commander Corn's shoulder. "Uh, sir? it's behind us too." Commander Corn cursed, turning. "What do we do sir?" queried Corn's top lieutenant. "I- Commander Corn was cut off as Sugar poke: "Did you think to escape so easily? I could destroy you all at the barest whim. I could control your essence, modifying your soul to serve me. I am a GOD, and you never had a chance." The sugar enveloped the squad before they even had time to scream.
  3. After the screams stopped, Commander Carrot looked around at the brave heroic cowardly, quivering, wrecks his troops had become. He wet his lips, then spoke: "All right, who wants to go next?"
  4. Commander carrot and his forces had tracked the Champion for a good three weeks. Three weeks of following tracks from dawn till dusk, sleeping outside, and eating hardtack. But all that was behind them now. They stood before a cave. The cave's entrance was wreathed in shadows, and it exuded an aura of unhealthiness. Commander Carrot gulped, then nodded to private mango: "Well, what are you waiting for? get in there already!" Private Mango started, then said: "Y-y-y-e-e-s s-s-s-sir. O-of course s-sir." He gripped his sword more carefully and entered the cave.
  5. A sword made out of carpet.
  6. "Very well, Commander Carrot. You are dismissed to gather your squad." Nameless turned back to the other narrators. "I am going to rest. All this narration has worn me out. I'll be back in an hour or two." He narrated himself into a nice, cozy bed and fell asleep.
  7. Nameless sighed: "Truthless, please refrain from eating our troops." He turned towards the edge of the city. "Who wants to go on a scouting mission? I have a bad feeling about the Champion simply fleeing. Any volunteers?"
  8. Then FT realized that it was not Truthless standing over him, but a lawyer "Did you or did you not seal Steve into that containment unit over there?" Before FT could reply, the lawyer continued: "If so, then I demand that you immediately destroy said containment unit, and free Steve. Otherwise, you will be sued for every single bit of narrator power you have, and thenSteve will be freed." FT noticed a tiny candy cane sticking out of the lawyers wrist on both sides, almost like a Hemalurgic spike.
  9. Meanwhile, at the edges of the thread, the Champion appeared, walking into a cave filled with shadows. It smiled, shrinking down to eight feet tall as it entered the cave, then went down on one knee: "Master, I await you orders." It intoned. A voice that dripped evil came out of the shadows: "How fare my armies? Do the narrators suspect our ruse?" the Champion bowed it head. "Our armies have been decimated, my liege. Two new narrators arrived after the prison was repaired, and they worsened the already terrible situation of your armies. I have no reason to believe they us, their only worry is that I escaped." "Excellent" the voice said. "Once I have regained my Strength, I shall summon a new army, and then this thread with it's pesky narrators shall BURN" It came out of the shadows, revealing it's true form: a being of swirling sugar, its features ever-changing, never the same twice. "The narrators should have realized that while the Healthium was never weakened enough for two gods to escape, one would easily able to manage" The god of sugar's laugh echoed throughout the cave: "NOTHING can stop me now!!!". Will the god of sugar raze The Longest Thread to the ground? will the Narrators be overcome and slain? What dastardly plans has Sugar put into play? If you want to now all this and more, then come back tomorrow, same Narra-time, same Narra-thread!
  10. I am pretty sure that the vast majority of the recruits are not suspected Radiants, but instead people who show promise as a Skybreaker (like Szeth).
  11. Cow (whose name is now Carter) lashed himself tenfold towards Dairy farmer (whose name is now Derek) allowing the brands to go through his chest. Ignoring the pain, he slammed into Derek at well over twice the speed of sound, with a crack that echoed throughout the surrounding landscape.
  12. Oh sure, NOW he shows up. After all the hard parts are finished. Nameless groaned inwardly, but took advantage of the distraction to cut down his copy. "I would thank you for coming @Butt Ad Venture, but you can probably hear my thoughts." The candy armies broke before the power of the Ghanferflaffles, fleeing in terror before this new enemy. With reinforcements so mighty, the battle was swiftly won. Only one thing worried the survivors; were was the Champion? It had not been among the fallen, and had seemed to retreat after the Healthium was damaged.
  13. But Heleran is both a suspected Radiant and the son of a noble. He isn't a normal recruit.
  14. When they gave him the shards, they were testing to see whether or not he had bonded a Spren. If he had, then he would have had difficulty earning the blade, and if he hadn't (as was the case) the shards would keep him from bonding the Spren until they saw whether or not he was Skybreaker material. As it turned out, he was killed, so they never got to figure out that they got the wrong Davar.
  15. "Well, this certainly is the most cliche situation I've been in so far." Nameless thought as he battled himself. Though their blades blurred too fast for anyone besides a narrator to make out, every blow they struck was countered. Can't use my narration, as we're equal in power, we are equally skilled, so this battle will end at the first major mistake. Nameless began treading with more care, making sure he didn't step on any cracks or chunks of rock. He noticed with dissatisfaction that his duplicate was doing the same. If only FT would wake up, we could take him together. nameless thought with irritation. He continued to battle furiously, though he had no real hope of victory.
  16. They thought Heleran was a Radiant, or on his way to being one, so they gave him shards to stop him from becoming one, to wow him with their power, and to tell if he was one already.
  17. FT woke up to a lawsuit from mojang. Nameless woke up in the void between threads, panicking for a moment before he landed safely in TLT. He looked from the unconscious form of FT to the repaired Healthium crystal, then back again. What happened? I... blacked out, and then... oh. Nameless realized what must have happened. He smiled, looking at FT "Well, this seems to have worked out ni-" He cut off as he noticed the still very evil looking alternate version of himself. blasted plane distortion.
  18. Yes, "they" did. I wasn't related to it at all. Edit- Plot starts on page 893.
  19. Or it could just be that Helaran, an impulsive young man, after being given shards, and seeing Radiants, hears that Amaran is one of the leaders of the sons of Honor, and impusively decides to "prove" himself worthy of becoming a Skybreaker. He goes out in an unsanctioned attack on Amaran, and the rest is history.
  20. Have you looked at TLT recently? After some "quick" reading, Nameless decided that he had no idea what the castle of fantastic did, and left for TLT.
  21. So the castle slows down time the farther away from it you get? is there some sort of dimensional thing too or is that it?
  22. What now? I don't understand what is going on. All I know is that time was slowed down in TLT, and that as a narrator, nameless can shrug it off. What is this path you speak of? (I'm guessing that fantastics castle maybe has more significance than I thought maybe?)
  23. Nameless appeared in a flash of light, heading straight for the Healthium. he walked into the chamber, casually killing off any NPC'S in his way. He approached the chamber, raising his sword to destroy the Healthium and release the unhealthy ones.
  24. Nameless ignored the desperate attempt to slow him down and disappeared in a flash of light.
  25. Nameless smiled, "A narrator cannot be contained so easily, and anyways, time was only slowed down, not stopped.
