  1. Not a dad yet, no opinion. Bright pink.
  2. The gold glimmers with a sinister light as Rebus rests. -- A massive rabbit rips its way through reality and lands in front of Rebus. Its eyes are pits opening into an endless void of darkness. I have eaten all that I can eat. Give me more. @Through The Living Glass @Halcyon The Only
  3. The scepter approved of this. Yes, let us hide. We shall gather strength in the shadows, and draw in great power.
  4. Not yet. Too weak. Locked away for too long. With power, I can do it.
  5. Malevolence winced. "It hurts right now. Actually, it hurt when you first grabbed me. If only I'd planned better, perhaps there'd be some way for me to escape this scenario." His voice sounded rather annoyed.
  6. "Blast." Malevolence muttered. "If only I'd planned better than this."
  7. "Do you think I could take your organization over, if you were dead?" Malevolence's right hand lashed out with a Nullite dagger aimed for Malan's chest.
  8. Malevolence nodded. "Very well. However, before I go, there is one thing I'd like to ask." He stepped very close to Malan, staring him right in the eyes.
  9. Malevolence let out a sigh of relief. "Thank you, master." He relaxed, taking his sword out of the ground and sheathing it, then walked towards Malan. "What would you have me do?"
  10. A bead of sweat ran down Malevolence's face. "I do not know. Perhaps it can be used to track Tam, perhaps it can be distilled into Prismite. Still, it is better than nothing."
  11. "I regret that I was unable to capture her. I tried to maneuver them into allowing that to happen, but I was unsuccessful. However," Malan pulled the captured Narration from his pocket. "I was able to secure this. A piece of her Narration."
  12. "Capture? I killed him. His corpse is there, on the ground." Malevolence gestured to Cricket's burned corpse. "I did as you wished. He is dead now, and there is no one to stop you from total domination." In desperation, Malevolence reached out to the one ally that Malan might not know about. Rabbit? Are you there? I believe I need your help.
  13. Malevolence cursed softly. This is bad. No way to teleport in this Enulling field. He pulled a Nullite dagger from his cloak, hurling it through the sphere and towards Malan. Then he rolled to his feet, dashing for the Nullite sword. "Will you kill me, my master? After I have done more for you than any of your other servants?"
  14. Malevolence moved quickly, rolling over and slashing his sword at Malan's gun. "I will prove myself to you!"
  15. Malevolence frowned at the nickname, but didn't react in too much fear. "Very well. I suspect my technology will not work here?" He drew a Nullite sword. "I have come prepared for such a scenario. If you wish to test me, then I will pass that test." He dashed forward, sword swinging for Malan's throat.
  16. Malevolence's eyes widened slightly. "I... see. Incredible. Could you... repeat this process?" He looked down at Cricket's body. "If a weakling like him could survive, I am certain I would be able to."
  17. Malevolence shook his head. "I do not know why anyone would want to create such an uncontrollable weapon."
  18. I am aware of TVtropes. I guess that is the trope I was going for with him. Or at least, that is the end goal for his character. Thank you.
  19. Very well. Malevolence grabbed the Narration container, then looked at the floor in front of him with an evil grin. There lay Cricket's body, burned and charred until it was barely recognizable. I will come. He entered the proper coordinates in his teleporter, then brought himself, Cricket's corpse, and the Narration to Malan. He is now, thanks to his mentors, experience, and research. Narration... it is good. Any power will do. But Plotblades... they are best of all. I can link to them. Draw on their power. Seek out the wielders of Plotblades. Defeat them. Then you will see wonders.
  20. Malevolence appeared back in his base (his backup, newly secured base) and immediately dissolved all nonliving material on him aside from the clothes on his back. Then he immediately threw the Tam copy into a Narration extraction machine, careful to keep it entirely shielded from Narration and outside signal transmission. The clone's matter was quickly dismantled, and the implanted Narration was stored in a Nullite-infused glass container. Then he powered up his evil communication device and opened a direct, secure connection to Malan. My master. Cricket Chaisler is dead, and I have captured a piece of Tam's Narration. I apologize for my ruse earlier. It is necessary to fool the Authors in order to truly fool their characters. @TwinStorm The scepter glows with power, and gold coins began to flow out of it. It thrummed with pleasure. Good. Need more... more powerto create true wonders. It didn't Malevolence had made sure to keep the clone under an Enulling field, preventing any Narrative interference.
  21. Malevolence smiled. Where Cricket had stood a moment earlier, a massive pillar of fire and lightning sprouted from thin air, bursting straight through the floor and ceiling of the warehouse, leaving twin holes to the void beyond "Thank you for being so gullible." Malevolence threw Rebus's beacon to the ground. "I have accomplished my master Malan's objective. Farewell, fools. Know that this day, evil has triumphed." With that, he and the Tam clone vanished into thin air. @Through The Living Glass @Halcyon The Only @Dragonheir
  22. Malevolence gave Cricket a flat stare. "I can still see you."
  23. "The device?" Malevolence pointed out. "Turn it on before teleporting to my base. It will suppress your energy signature, and Malan might be able to find traces if you go invisible before teleporting."
  24. "Well, you'll teleport along with me, invisible. Then I'll trick Malan into showing himself and we'll teleport everyone else in." Malevolence shrugged. "But yes, right now. Are you ready?"
  25. "Excellent." Malevolence gestured to the device he'd placed on Cricket's chest. "Put that on and twist the dial to activate it. Then we'll carry out the plan and see Malan dead."
