  1. And the cannons didn't really like daffodils anyways.
  2. These operations included using the Daffodils as cannon fodder.
  3. And so they were doomed to failure and death, in the end.
  4. They were even more important to it than the Daffodils.
  5. The Second Archive Nameless smiled. "Considering Thaidakar's there, I'd bet a whole lot." @Aes Sedai
  6. Because the Daffodils had tricks up their sleeves too.
  7. The Second Archive Nameless joined her, stuffing books into his bags as quickly as he could. As he surveyed the bookshelves, a particular cover caught his eye. He grabbed it off the shelf, pulling out one of the other books to make room. "Alright. Ready to go?" @Aes Sedai
  8. That would probably interfere with the use of the Bands, but I doubt it would cause them to appear drained. (Also, you need to spoiler that comment. This is a Mistborn only forum.)
  9. The battle was long, and the casualties light.
  10. It's an oversimplification, because they aren't liespren. They are intrigued by truth and lies, but Honorspren are attracted to the Wind and Highstorms, yet neither the term Windspren nor the term Stormspren is ever applied to them.
  11. The Clinic: Roof Lark frowned. I thought that was obvious. The Second Archive "Leave the books?" Nameless took the staff. "Not unless we have to. I intend to bring as many of them as I can carry."
  12. Not really, any more than it would be accurate to call Honorspren Windspren or a Cultivationspren a Plantspren. It's an oversimplification.
  13. The Second Archive "Not as angry as I'll be." Nameless carefully wove balefire, sending a small bar of it just beneath Rue's feet. The Clinic: Roof At the mention of his name, Lark glanced at Platypus, briefly distracted from his battle with the corrupted tiger. @The Wandering Wizard
  14. Klave looked up from his bowl of soup, eying Rayvyn. "You say that life is useless, yes? Not worth living?"
  15. Unfortunately, Subversion had gotten a bulk order of purple ink, and was determined to use it all before switching back.
  16. The Second Archive "I concur." Nameless prodded at whatever was holding Rue with a flow of spirit. "Balefire, you think?"
  17. Second Archive Nameless frowned. "Could be." The staff seemed to be made of wood, appearing as nothing more than an ordinary walking stick. Lark cursed, falling back a few steps and taking a defensive stance. "You think you can attack this clinic and get away with it? Kaos will not win here. I won't allow it."
  18. How could someone plan something so terrible? It was beyond imagination.
  19. The Second Archive Nameless flinched, expecting a trap of some kind to go off.
  20. The Second Archive Nameless watched nervously. "Uh, be careful. I would prefer to not have to deal with the effects of a broken bond." Clinic: Roof Lark forced more power into his blows. "Yes, yes, I know. You said that earlier, didn't you? What, do you expect me to care? Wizard was a decent person, but we were never friends." He glanced at the spider creature, frowning. "Thaidakar, you go help TAAron with that. I'll handle this one." @Thaidakar the Ghostblood
  21. The Second Archive Nameless shrugged. "Well, I suppose we could just try to channel into the ter'angreal and see what it does. Not like any harm's ever come from experimenting with unknown objects of the One Power."
  22. Subversion wondered what the command was. Then she realized, and her face filled with indescribable horror.
  23. The Second Archive Nameless looked at Rue in mock surprise. "You want me to go grab the extremely dangerous and unknown ter'angreal, that is doubtless protected by all manner of deadly traps?" He laughed. "At least I know you'll be sorry if I die. Still, shouldn't we at least try and see if any of these books say anything about what that ter'angreal does?" Clinic: Roof "The chickens?" Lark pressed the tiger back with a flurry of blows. "Our alliance was never anything more than a means to an end. I couldn't care less what you've done to them."
