Does Brandon lack in characterization?
Frustration replied to Koloss17's topic in General Brandon Discussion
Not sure why those are important, I don't need to know their gender in order to tell what someone would do in a situation. Only relevant when needed, from my experience I can say that Kaladin is uncomfortably accurate. Well technically no they're words so only two dimensions. In all reality yes. -

I see no reason a radiant couldn't do it, while a fabrial might not.

Why does pewter increase your sense of balance?
Frustration replied to the_bros11_2's topic in Mistborn
Should be in Mistborn thread. -
Or non-cosmere, as much as I wish it didn't exsist.

Any way you like it.

That's actually kind of cool, or any metal really, burning aluminum would get rid of all of them. I would pick Pewter, for several reasons, 1. I want it to be useful on it's own so no aluminum or Dur-aluminum, also no tin, bronze or copper as bronze and tin are more of a fun party trick, and copper is only useful if you're doing something you aren't supposed to. 2. It has to be cheap, so no temporal metals or Nicrocil/Chromium 3. Not emotional, I'm scared of what I would do with that. 4. I have to feel safe, so no steel 5. Pewter is more useful than Iron. I can heal faster, run faster, lift more, just all around better. So......... Thug life.

The Iconar Collective (OUTDATED)
Frustration replied to Channelknight Fadran's topic in Creator's Corner
A little terminology correction I believe you are referring to an 'arming sword' here not a longsword. a bastard sword is also what we call a hand and a half sword, a long sword is strictly two handed while an arming sword is your typical one handed sword. Here is a link to a video on it, I'll put a better one later when I can do that. And for a fun piece of trivia he is also Brandon Sanderson's advisor on historical weapons Here is the better one I am liking where this is headed though.- 320 replies

*tries making it sound nice without notes* *realizes it doesn't, and adds notes* *politely* Thank you, but I'm more looking for where it would form, or maybe why would be a better answer. Where would large quantities of tin form, in relation to mountains or plate lines and such. I suppose some some places not on the map could trade tin with the main countries like with Brittan(or whatever they called it then) and Assiria did in the real world. However eventually this problem will come up again and I'd like to be able to solve it.
