I don't think the ball is a resonance. Lightweaver's resonance is enhanced pnemonic ability, or memory, and it makes no sence in the Blank of Blank model of resonance. -

What does memory have to do with Transformation? Resonances aren't Blank of Blank, it's a cool bonus you get when you have two powers. -
A few things You spelled Spren Spern a few times, not a big deal, but thought I'd mention HARD agree with Navani and Venli, especially Navani Odium cannot remove their power directly, or if he can we have only his bragging to back it up And he can't find them whenever he wants, except maybe in the Everstorm.

Mists aren't 1:1 it's like Stormlight, you breath some in, and then get to use it, if you don't use it all at once, you can use it for other things.

TLR didn't use Nicrosil, and his bands would be too invested for him to pull on.

You're making a lot of assumptions we don't know. If Soldiers aren't allowed near farmland, but farmers work the feilds, how do they do them any good? Vistim, is there once a year, Shin shun outsiders to an enourmous degree, and are even capable of entire isolation for over a year, they do not rely on trade, or even encourage it. A close real world example would be pre-Opium war China, closed off except for a few cities, and barely trading at all. Szeth is not an exception, the weilders of the Honorblades are chosen, it doesn't happen at random, and are kept close by the Stone Shamans. -
I don't think Tin is what you want, Tapping enough Nicrosil will allow them to transer realms, but it's one of the hardest methods we know of.

If he had awakened something, or stored his breath in an object he would no longer have them, having a lot of breath 24/7 wasn't neccesary for him, he spent the majority of Warbreaker at one or less, and likely had spent years that way.

They would have to know the Soulcaster was there, and the metalic arts aren't really geared towards the CR.
