Jasnah can't teleport in the Physical realm, Stonewards can't move through stone, Windrunners can't fly forever without recharging, Odium has shown different forms of Surgebinding, why not one more?

I don't even have to go that far. All electromagnetism can be traced back to the photon, and photons move in waves, light wavelengths are a result of this and given RoW I see no reason to assume that lightning generation is outside the bounds of Illumination.

He asked fro the spren that formed Bindsmiths, Cusichesh can't form a Radiant. Illumination is the power of waveforms, so I don't see why not.

What would you do with the money? You already control global trade and have taxation authority, and can make anything you need. Why sell gold? -
Cusichech creates illusionary waves and makes people watching it feel drained, as well as having a perfect internal clock. But that isn't surgebinding. And yet no other spren can do that, it's unique, just like the unmade are.

I would focus more on the We part there, We[the Heralds] can do nothing for you, don't worship us, we are useless. kind of deal. -
Considering even Hoid is afraid of Nightblood I think a nick would do just fine. Another way to kill them would be totransfer them to the CR and let them drop, I doubt they have large breath stores but even if they do getting out is nearly impossible.

Their eyes and soul are No, she can use surgebinding, but that's not how she flies. Which is the same with Midnight essence, or Nergaoul, or Yelig-nar or stormform's lightning.

Because it isn't red, meaning it's a natural system, not a co-opted one. No, she flies because spren are not bound by gravity. So is shapeshifting surgebinging? What about the ability to change forms?
