  1. Hey Frustration. I think one of your questions for Brandon has technically been answered. Windrunners should be able to make homing arrows without a bondsmith's help. When Kaladin killed the pursuer for the second time, he used a reverse lashing to pull on the pursuer's head, then walked away, leaving the lashing on the ground. So you don't need constant contact in order to maintain a reverse lashing, at least not if you're skilled enough.

Thanks Nameless though I feel I wasn't clear, I ment homing arrows like, "Could a Windrunner, with or without Bondsmith help lash something at someone so that it will endlessly follow them."

Reverse lashings, while close, require you to touch them at at least some point, I'm trying to find a way to target a person without touching them.

You don't have to touch someone to target them with a reverse lashing. You just think about what you want the thing you're lashing to pull on, and therefore be pulled on by. Invest enough stormlight in an arrow, and viola! you have an arrow that pulls towards whatever you wanted it to. Give it a half lashing upwards, and now it's anti-gravity too.

I get what you're saying though. being able to lash yourself normally towards a moving object would be useful.
