  1. A watch: be wise and give good advice
  2. Soundlessly, Nultūk walks into the library, footsteps oddly making no noise as he walks into the main chamber. He looks up and around, in awe of all of what he considers to be a treasure-trove books. He sees Sofya, pauses for a moment, and appears to be pondering something. Hesitantly, he looks to the right, and begins gesturing sloppily into the air in front of himself. Suddenly, a spren pops out of the air beside his head, and begins to speak. "Hello?," a lightspren says, addressing Sofya. "I just arrived at... this place... I'm not really for sure where I am. The last thing I can remember is being somewhere off the coast from Alethkar... followed by a lot of walking, and eventually finding this place. I keep on hearing 'Alleyverse,' is that where I am right now?"
  3. Thank you! I pretty sure I put the third oath in near the bottom, it states "I will find another way" (sorry the way I wrote it was formatted a bit wierd)
  4. @Voidus @MacThorstenson, could either one of you review my character, and give it the "all clear"?
  5. When you're about to get in a fight, and you start counting your heartbeats When you leave WoK on your desk, hoping to find a fellow Sanderfan
  6. Kaladin, that way maybe I can become a squire and eventually a Windrunner!
  7. Got it got it Third time's the charm, right? Revision of Revised Alleyverse character
  8. Ahh, thanks for the WoB
  9. Granted, but the dogs survive and take up residence in your crawlspace. I wish that I knew all of the secrets of the Cosmere
  10. Hmm... I think that we have the rest of the shards as follows: Ingenuity-WoB Chaos- Opposes ingenuity Depression- An emotion that no shard has really related too, it would make for a heartbreaking story, but probably a really cool ending! Hope- Also a really cool book could be made out of this, kinda an essential characteristic for a god, maybe in the same book as Depression Love- Maybe a synonym, is definitely a god characteristic, so I feel like this would be Odium's counterpart Survival- this would make a really cool book, a shard who is the base will to survive in everyone
  11. @beantheboy12, does that mean that my character is approved or do you want me to weaken him more? Sorry if I keep making him OP, I guess I'm a bit power-hungry
  12. Revised Alleyverse Character Any suggestions or improvements that you can think of?
  13. Ooh, how have I not created an alleyverse character before now?! Name: Nultūk (null-took) Physical Description: On the shorter side, he's got dark brown hair, gray eyes, a slightly upturned nose, and roundish face. Powers: Nultūk a Willshaper of the 3rd ideal, and using his Transportation, he's travelled to to Nalthis and collected a wealth of Breaths, enough to create a sword that has sentience (named Edge), and enough leftover to make him immortal. Homeworld: Roshar. Personality: Nultūk didn't choose to become a world-hopping, evil-fighting dude. One day, while exploring some uncharted seas of Roshar, he bonded to a spren and just kinda rolled with it. Now though, it's his life goal to fight for what he believes to be right, and study the mysteries of the Alleyverse. Weapons: He uses a shardblade in one hand and Edge in the other, fighting bezerker styler, trusting his shardplate to keep him safe. He has an aggressive fighting style, and is willing to take risks if it means victory. Appearance: Wears your typical trousers and shirt with loose robes over those, and a hood usually up. Strengths: Headstrong, curious, and adventurous Weaknesses: Headstrong, curious, and adventurous Moral Dilemmas: Nultūk had to get all of his Breath somehow... he didn't like to do what he had to, but he believed that he needed the breaths. He struggles with the moral ambiguity of his actions, and wonders in what he did was right. He often sees the same problem in many of his adventures, doing what needed to be done, or being merciful. This inhibits him in many situations, often times fully immobilizing him. He can't decide what is "good" and what is "evil"
  14. Sorry, i should have phrased that better, I've already read all of those lol
  15. So, I got a late start on all of the cosmere books, I read my first book (Way of Kings) this past summer, and after reading the rest of the Stormlight Archive, the Mistborn eras, Elantris, and Warbreaker, I only recently finished the first White Sand. I know I've still got all of the novellas to read (Sixth of Dawn, SFoH, and Arcanum Unbounded), in addition to the second White Sand, but besides those, am I missing any Cosmere novels?
  16. Dalinar. Gotta be Dalinar, just because of his story arc in Oathbringer
  17. We know that Era 4 will be have space travel in it, so it isn't unlikely that hemalurgy will somehow be use to fuel the spaceships. Do you guys have any idea on how it could be done? Maybe a larger, stronger version of the ship we see in BoM?
  18. The jokes are her redeeming quality, in my view at least. I'm pretty PUN-bearable at times, so her jokes make me laugh
  19. Who are all of the confirmed worldhoppers in the Cosmere? And who do you think could be a worldhopper?
  20. Mine's gotta be Shallan... well really just Veil and Radiant. Shallan is good and all, but I really don't like her split personality thing. It's confusing, and I feel like she could have and should have stopped after her talk with Wit, but it's just dragging on now
  21. Granted, but you can only wish for more wishes, thus caught in a endless cycle of wishing for more wishes. I wish the ability to write a good book, and then somehow create a new Cosmere book with Sanderson
